Just a reminder to please keep your pup out of the pond area unless you are 1000% confident that you can keep them away from the pond. The pond does not freeze over and dogs will go through the ice, especially if the ice is snow covered and the pup cannot tell where the shore ends and the water begins. We had a dog fall through this past week and it was not easy getting them out. Luckily the dog is fine but it was a scary situation.

Out of an abundance of caution for our employees, the park office will be closed for the rest of this afternoon (Fri Jan 10). Be sure to bring your gate card if you want to use the park with your pup and be safe!!

Due to the winter storm forecast, the park office will close today at 3pm so that our employees can stay safe and off the roads. The park will be open as usual but you will need your gate card to get in. Be safe!
