Good morning everyone!

With it being a short week due to the holiday we will close up after the last dog so please reach out if you wanted to do a walk in nail trim!

Also note it is legal for fireworks to be let off all week long. If your dog already shows severe anxiety please let me know before hand so we can adjust our grooming regiment to make things a bit less stressful!

Also if your dog is on any anxiety medications please let me know before drop off!

Not every grooming day is easy, there are days when you get the severely matted, biting, scared, peeing all over allergator rolling, panic barking, screaming etc
today was that day
But I cant give up on them, its not their fault. but the best was done and he felt better going home.

Good evening everyone!

With the excessive heat we are getting this weekend please be mindful of yours, and your pets care.

Pavement will be hot. So walk them early morning and well after the sun goes down

Make them cooling treats using yogurt or peanut butter to keep them cool.

Allow them to go in your basement or tiled rooms if you dont have air conditioning

Watch for signs of heat stroke, labored or fast paced breathing, foaming at the mouth, purple tongue, etc if your pet is experiencing a heat stroke take them to the vet immediately

Lastly keep plenty of fresh water available,

Stay safe, my salon is air conditioned and we will have plenty of water.
No need to walk them prior to grooming we don't want to over exert them. I hope everyone has a great weekend!
