If you sent me a text or left me a voicemail today I will be getting back to you tomorrow late morning/afternoon.

Today was the last day of an 11 day trip. I didn’t have service for most of the day and was also traveling through some snow and rain storms.

It’s 1am and finally home! Going to get some much needed rest and then when I wake up I will have the time to touch base with you all!

Glue traps are terrible!! 😭 Don’t use them !!!

🚨**UPDATE**🚨 on the poor mouse stuck to this horrible glue trap. The finder was instructed NOT try and remove the mouse from the trap and to just place it in a box and transport it to us right away.
This poor mouse was so scared and had the entire underside of its body stuck. Our Rehabilitator worked diligently and gently to free the mouse from the trap, and to also to be extra careful not to break any of his toes or legs. After successfully removing the exhausted mouse from the trap, the mouse was able to rest, fluids, and have a nice meal. The mouse was finally released in a safe place in a natural environment, and will not have the risk of being subjected to this again. Even the smallest creature deserves a second chance and not to be subjected to this horrible trap.

Just wanted to leave a note to let you all know that I’ve been taking a hiatus from social media. So while I haven’t been posting videos I’m still out there on the road, business as usual. I’ll try to get some stuff posted in the next couple weeks so you can see what I’ve been up to!

Miss Queen Bee is home safe with her new momma in Oregon!! She was so excited for our arrival and I feel so grateful to be a part of families meeting their new furry family member for the first time. Thank you for choosing Alventura to get her home!
