The Saddle Exchange is a place to find horse tack, apparel and horse themed gifts. We have a huge variety of items new and old, for ponies and horses of all sizes. Western and English saddles, bridles, bits, cinches, girths, saddle pads, gloves, books, chaps, etc. We accept clean items for consignment or donation as space allows. We encourage you to stop in and sit in a few saddles to find the bes

t option for you. We understand that it's hard to tell which will fit without your horse! You are allowed to take a saddle to fit on your horse. We have a full line of OneK MIPS HELMETS with brain protection in all sizes, from children to XXL adult, both round and oval shaped. There are many saddle pads in stock, including Toklat, T3 Matrix, Woof Wear, Rambo, Ovation and Loveson. Also a few used saddle pads. Bridles and bits are in stock. Nice selection of snaffles size 4in to 6in, Myler bits, Herm Sprenger bits, hackamores and wide variety of used bits. Bridles include the full line of Rambo Micklem, CowPerson Tack and Tory Western headstalls, Ovation, affordable Loveson bridles. You won't believe how much merchandise is in this space!!! Thanks for all of the good guesses on our latest big box from Germany. It was chock full of fun new merchandise, including customer favorites and a few fresh new things. Rose gold loose ring snaffles and sparkly riding rope halters with snap reins. There were coolers for Whitefish Skijoring prizes, too! Remember to reach out if your horse related organization needs something. We are happy to support you!
For riders, there are new rose gold keychains, fluffy black vests, and a classic blue horse lover's botanical print vest and warm jackets in a variety of sizes.

Fred Hook Saddle - made in the mountains of Kalispell Montana, this saddle has all of the balance and strength to ride for ages, with none of the extra weight or bulk with traditional Western saddles. The minimal skirt is well balanced and fits a variety of horses, even those who are very short coupled.
This slickfork design is in excellent used condition, with ordinary superficial marks consistent with careful riding. Nicely broken in, but not much wear. The thick sheepskin is still nice and fluffy. Smooth leather with a single continuous leather seat to minimize chafing, solid brass hardware with plenty of rings to attach a breastcollar, crupper, and long saddle strings.
Whether you are going out for a quick ride to catch the sunset or camping for a month in the Bob Marshall, this saddle is comfortable for both you and your horse. Built to last out of quality Montana leather and all USA tree and hardware
