So what is Acuscope?

- it is FDA approved.
- It is PROVEN to heal wounds and injuries faster than ANY other modality.

A big question I’ve had here in Vegas the last two weeks, “what can you fix or help in just one session at a big event?” Well -
1- I’m not fixing or diagnosing anything. Especially on a horse I’ve never treated.
2- I can help pull some muscle soreness and increase range of motion. If I’ve treated them before, i go to their go too spots we’ve narrowed down long before I get to the event.
3- pay close attention to 3️⃣. You ready? Their mental state. For new and repeat horses. As owners/jockeys (I am a owner/ barrel racer as well) , we are constantly messing with them. Poke, prod, blanket, saddle, compete, ect ect. Constant. So you ask what can my Acuscope/Myopulse do to help?

For 45min I keep your horse away from you 😉. In that 45 min I’m relaxing muscles, helping some nerve pain, and reducing inflammation. For 45 min they typically go into a trance. Take a deep breath, decompress, release tension, lick chew and yawn. So maybe I don’t have a magic wand in 45 min to fix issues for the next consecutive runs with just one treatment. But mental game, jockey and athlete is a big factor. And how many of you also relax when you see your horse enjoy its spa session? I know I do. I’ve also had many drink lots of water afterwards and that alone helps in a big way when staying away from home 💯

Sunday toss ups are my favorite write ups ☕️ I was going to leave this topic alone but the accusations are becoming a bold statement.
The statement being-
🪄 The Equipod is the Acuscope but doesn’t have the biofeedback 🪄 FALSE on SO many levels! If you’re comparing this unit to the Acuscope because of the gel and micro current you are so uneducated on either modality and should not be promoting either. $1200 VS $12,000! The app is still labeling it as a fixed output. You’re not comparing anything. There is 100 micro current units on the market for 1500 and less. They’re all gimmicks. None of them have the scientific background Acuscope does.

For anyone buying this item based off someone saying it’s similar to a Acuscope, thats your first red 🚩. When a company has to piggy back of the success of others, it’s because they don’t have their own leg.

Mixing modalities! You’re going to hurt your horse!! Using three different blankets boots ect, at the same time, is going to hurt your horse. Plain and simple. DO YOUR HOMEWORK. I’m not telling you not to buy any of these modalities. I’m telling you to do your research.

This post is a little bit more about the show life that I see. Especially at the Junior rodeo events, and or jackpots. Every year I go to all kinds of events and work on Kids horses. The horses with hearts of gold. At these events majority of the parents have mounted their kids on high dollar ponies or, they have worked hard to make what they have work. Either way they’re driving the miles and writing the checks for their kids to 🥇 win. Nothing wrong with any of it! But, for the parents that aren’t horse savvy. I see you. My parents aren’t horse people, and who to listen too when having issues is hard! If you have a big check book, it’s even harder. People know you know nothing and will charge you for nonsense. So let me talk basics. You can help your horse in small ways. Don’t let the big names bully you into another check. Do your research. Better yet make your kid learn too.
Basics to show life with a 🦄 cause my god the Patriot needed the basics.
🔸Feed- Free feed alfafa! It’s that simple. Don’t let anyone tell you the 40 supplements are necessary. If you’re tight on $. Cut those supplements out unless a vet tells you otherwise.
🔹 Long distance with a hard keeper- electrolytes, omeprazole/ succeed, alfafa and CLEAN WATER! If there is a vet on site, and your horse isn’t drinking, or is stressed. Go get them jugged. It’s cheap. It helps. 💧
🔸 Vet care- if you’re on a budget, and your vet is injecting horses every 3 months, find a different vet. Unless there is an underlying injury or issue that has been vetted and stated clear from the beginning, you are being robbed. If they aren’t listening to every concern, and are talking down to you, find another vet!! Do not let them bully you because you don’t know. But with that being said, show up to the vet appointments and learn. Sending your horses to the vet with other people is how things get missed. Pay attention!
🔹Bleeders- if your kid is getting ran off with, or their horse is refusing the gate. Walk over to a vet after their run (if they’re on site) and get them scoped. It’s too easy. 🫁 Lungs and legs are the biggest part of any athlete! Spend your money there first and for most.
- Shots. Scared of them? Well get un-scared. Go ask your vet to teach you how to properly give them! Even if you’re not a horse person but you’re the rodeo parent. You should know! 💉

Lastly- I’ve treated a lot of horses, in all disciplines. The kids that are winning, are the kids paying attention to what their horses are having done. Acuscope, chiro, farrier. Vet work. Wrapping legs Ect. If you’re asking the questions at the vet and your kid is making TikTok’s or not paying attention, just know, you want it more than they do. Eventually it isn’t going to end well 💸 You’re never to young or too old to learn something new. Ask the questions!! Keep it simple. 💯

🙌🏻CEP Daily Lung and how It has helped Amanda Erretts horse Wicked!🤠

Daily lung has been a game changer for both my mares but especially Wicked.
Wicked suffered from seasonal allergies and would also get a bit of a runny nose if she was stuck inside the barn we board at for extended times since there is minimal airflow, especially in winter when the doors get closed. Wicked aspirated feed a few years back and ended up with aspiration pneumonia. I treated her pneumonia and ordered daily long as a supplement to help her heal and recover. She spent some time resting and healing, when she slowly returned back to work she felt great. I feel she recovered quicker and easier and that she was able to return to a normal workload and get her lungs fit again much more easily. Since she’s been on daily lung, I haven’t had to give her any medications for her allergies. I don’t see any symptoms of them anymore. No more runny nose, no more coughing. She also had much more stamina when riding and competing. She breathes great and doesn’t get winded like she used to.

In the colder temps he gets extra to help ensure he is eating/drinking as he should to prevent another colic episode! 💚

Cold weather brings longer stalling times, reluctant drinking, increased hay for warmth, and overall more stress for a horse. To combat these things, we give plenty of Gut Check to each horse!
