Happy Memorial Day, Everyone!

Larkspur is one of the easiest seeds to start in the fall. I just scattered the seeds in a bed, watered well, then covered with frost cloth until spring.

I have so many and yet no words to explain what an amazing place is.

I was totally blown away. Peonies as far as the eye could see, in every direction. 🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯

It was just hours of me going: “Ooooooh look at that one. Look at That one! Look at that One! I want go see that one. This one smells pretty! Smell this one!” Etc. etc. etc. 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰

I was doing happy dances in the fields and making a (long) list to purchase roots in the fall. And I picked some stunners. Some catch your eye from 20 rows away types. I. Can. Not. Wait.

A huge Thank You to the Rotary Club of Maryville, Mo. for putting together this amazing day.

I am excited to announce that I have accepted a full-time position outside of the farm. In order to adjust to this new season in my life, I am making some changes to how you can get my flowers. And yes, I will still have flowers.

🌸 I will not be attending the Lenexa Farmers Market this year. (This was a very tough decision because I loved it there).
🌸 I can still fulfill bouquet and stem requests through Instagram, Facebook, & through my website at www.spanishhousefarm.com
🌸 I will need at least 24 hours of lead time to fulfill your orders.
🌸 All orders will be invoiced through Square. And I will need your email address to send it.
🌸 All orders will need to be picked up on the farm from the front patio cooler.
🌸 I will be available for pop-ups during the weekend, as flowers are available.

I am so very grateful to all of your support. I expect that next year will look different as I get my legs under me and figure out how all of these pieces will fit together.

Peonies are just starting to bud up. I am considering offering a Peony Subscription this year. So post below if that’s something you’re interested in seeing!
