The 2800 gallon waterfall is done and cycling, soon to be stocked. Look at that beauty and listen to the serenity of it! You have to come in and see it!!!

Today's Independence Avenue CID 4- Four Corners Community Call is at 2815 Independence Avenue, the site of the old Boulevard Pastries location.

You may have noticed some new color on the outside of the building too. Work is diligently being done inside by John Burke and his crew who will soon be opening up an exotic pet shop inside that location. Burke, pictured in front of a 600-gallon aquarium with our Avenue Angels and CID Director Bobby Baker Hughes, said that he hopes to be open by the first part of May.

The store, Pet Shop Boyz, will carry a full line of exotic fish and pets and be fully stocked with a large variety of pet foods. Plans for a Botanical Garden out back are taking shape as well. So watch for the grand opening signs later this month or during the first week of May.
