A few of the almost 400 photos that Pam Keith took at our mini Storm K9 Solutions seminar last weekend. Was a great day of training despite some rain. The teams were all looking pretty good. It’s always fun to see the improvement that the handlers and K9s make between times we see them. Good work teams!

The holidays are a hard time to get training time in but we still managed. Even as big as Negan is he has no issues pushing through obstacles to get to the highest levels of odor and Huxley working the door seams before entering. The door seams are an important thing for us to not overlook.

Another seminar in the books. Storm K9 spent this last weekend in Ford City PA instructing for Allegheny Mountain Rescue Group HRD teams and handlers from a few other teams. The weather fought us a little but we made it work and the chef and some amazing meals for us to warm up. As always, we tried to leave them with as many new tools as possible to help them improve. Thanks for having us!

Instructed Alpha Search And Recovery fall seminar last weekend. What a great weekend and a fun team to work with. Worked with the intermediate/advanced HRD dogs, did a presentation on teaching environmentals, and had an impromptu puppy class. I hope all the handlers walked away with some more tools in their tool box to be more successful.
