Meet Milo Our Featured Pet Of The Day!! Milo is a 12 year old neutered Yorkie mix. One of the most common forms of allergies in dogs and cats is caused by flea bites. If one of your pets develop a flea bite sensitivity every pet in the home, including cats and rabbits despite their indoor only status, need to be treated with species (cat or rabbit or dog) specific flea and tick preventatives for several months. Preventatives come in many forms and if you have questions feel free to reach out to us to go over our recommendations.

Meet Ozzie Our Featured Pet Of The Day!! Ozzie is a 12-year-old neutered Cocker Spaniel mix. Did you know that Dogs, Cats and Rabbits have scent glands. Most pets are able to maintain cleaning and or expression of their glands without the need for intervention (needing our help). However, scent glands can get inflamed and in severe cases infected and may need regular cleaning or expression by their care givers or our team. If you are concerned that your pet is uncomfortable around their bottom area have us assess these glands to make sure, they are maintaining them appropriately on their own.
