In addition to the beers we announced yesterday, we will also have a new Hydromel available for preorder tonight at 7pm (pickup Fri & Sat 2 to 7p).

**Please limit your purchase to TWO bottles**

Waldo Honey Hydromel (Elderberry/Blueberry) is a sparkling honey wine that was conditioned on elderberry and blueberry and comes in at 9.5% ABV. This will be sold in 16oz flip top growler bottles, which is included in the price of the item.

Since these are growler fills off of our taps, please keep cold, drink fresh & do not age. The flip top bottles are not returnable, so they are yours to keep!

We are not positive of the exact number of bottles we will yield, so we will list a conservative amount online for preorder tonight at 7pm. Any additional hydromel bottles will be available for purchase at walk-up on Fri.

We're excited to announce we'll have hydromel to-go 2pm today at BKS Artisan Ales. A limited quantity of 16oz flip-top growlers available for walk-up purchases, $12.00.

Blackberry Lavender hydromel, 7.5% abv.

Pineapple Hibiscus Capsicumel-style hydromel, 7.5% abv. (pineapple, hibiscus, mace, and Thai bird's eye chilis.)

Limit one of each variety, walk-up orders only. Hope you can make it by the brewery today!

Great news everyone! The flying princesses of Waldo have declared Spring has arrived.

If you can tolerate them, please don't spray the dandelions in a few weeks, as they are the first food source of the season that helps them feed the early Spring round of brood.

We're happy to announce our newest hydromel being released 4pm today at BKS Artisan Ales:

Ginger, Serrano pepper, and Meyer lemon hydromel, 7.5% abv.

Serrano nose and heat compete with the ginger's spicy flavor, and rounded out with a touch of citrus.

BKS has an excellent new NE IPA to-go and on tap today, New Zealand DDH Rakau. Hope you can stop in tonight.

Saturday at noon is a can release of 2 IPAs & 1 DIPA, plus a limited run of a special t-shirt. Then will be on site at 5pm Sat selling some delicious Broadway Butcher bison burgers & hot dogs, along with beer cheese soup. Sunday will wrap up the celebration with $1off growler fills.
