Our RED era has begun at the cattery. These sisters Poppy and Ruby ( from Mia’s last litter) the solid black sphynx, Ruby, w mamas eyes is a long sleek version of her mama Mia. Sweet Poppy is ( aka Winnie prior) is the tiny perfect antithesis to her tall sister as a bambino dilute tickled tortie w her bambino legs and hazel colored eyes 👀 oh how I love this age. The jrs as they are 100% doing whatever it is they are doing and they are together in their shenanigans 😂 so reminds me of Luna and Gracie growing up! ❤️ stay warm and safe. Ready for Kansas snow bowl 2025!!? 🥶⚡️🙏🏻❄️We are hunkering down for a two day event w a big storm!!! We are ready w a wood burn stove and generator to back up our power as needed. Of course all our kitties and babies are in pods w heat and blankets as well. We do put them all together w us in stacking dog crates covered w thermal blankets as well. We always suggest dressing them and you can even cut out a large fleece spa sock w two holes to make sweaters in a pinch. So, I am sorry if we are busy and miss questions or text but power loss and cold presents special problems to a nakid sphynx Cattery. 🤷‍♀️😂We have been through this before and will again I am sure. If I miss you I’ll get back after the nutty winter storm. I do pray for all our Adora families and friends are staying warm safe and sound❤️❄️

Let’s talk about health and Hcm. All kittens are guaranteed, with HCM scanned neg. Foundation lines.
In 2023- 24 we just ran our statistics and with just at over 525 Adora kittens and cats born to us and only 6 HCM cases reported to us
ever, that means that Adora kittens / cats are reporting less than 2% HCM!
Thats less than even the street or house cat avg of 10%. The sphynx breed is said to average 15-20%. While we know HCM can strike our beloved cats we do all we can to mitigate these risks. We are so very happy and blessed at the outcome of our research and with our lines here at Adorasphynx. Our approach to health from our preconception and prenatal queen programs, including healthy lines with no known HCM for a minimum of 3 generations on each side, no inline breeding, our supplements, vitamins, raw, and to the very way we love and raise them is fine with health as the priority. We believe this has clearly had a positive impact.
We now have some proof that the love of our breed is having a positive impact for the kitties and ultimately their lives and lives of those they love❤️. We couldn’t be prouder of our nerdy cat progress! 🤣🤓
Also, parents are of course neg felv- Fip-fiv neg, and fully vetted (worth min of over $800) , Tica or Cfa papered from champion lines. These are researched and proven for health, Temperament, and longevity.
