This weeks' featured pet is Midge! Midge's pawrents wrote her bio:

Midge (Margaret) was adopted as a puppy (neé Maggie) from the Petco in Overland Park in 2023. After a brief life on the streets, she was the last left at the shelter and was the most docile thing we’d ever seen. That lasted 24 hours before she showed her true bully zoomie colors. She’s been a joy to live with ever since. Midge loves big balls, small balls, and multiple balls. She is known for her beautiful teeth.

🎉We are overjoyed to welcome Dr. Elizabeth Bures to the Noah's Ark team! 🎉

Dr. Bures has been working with us regularly since October 2023 providing relief veterinarian services and has now officially joined our staff, working every Tuesday and Thursday!

Serving the pets she cares for has been her passion since graduating from Kansas State College of Veterinary Medicine in 2020, “I love being a voice and advocate for animals when they can’t tell us what is wrong.”

Outside of her fulfilling career, Dr. Bures enjoys snuggling up with a good book and her cat, Moose, traveling, hiking and rock climbing. She has a goal of exploring as many national parks as possible!

Please help us in extending a warm welcome to Dr. Bures!

Rupert (neé Royce) came to us from MPR in 2016 as a tiny little puppy with wrinkly ears. We thought he was just visiting, but he stayed forever! He is the bestest boy who loves all things crunchy. Hates water, loves the beach. Prides himself on being good in cars of all sizes, including rental Camaros, hybrids, and motor homes. He has still not achieved his lifelong dream of catching a squirrel.

Charlie's mom adopted him at 11 months old in loving memory of her previous dog, TJ, and her late husband. They fell in love immediately, and have been best buds since.

At 14 years young, Lucy is a gentle soul with an angelic presence that lights up every room. Known for her docile nature, she brings comfort and warmth to her family, always ready to curl up for a cozy snuggle. Though she has her moments of delightful intolerance, especially when it comes to our 1 1/2 year old cat, Sophie, her personality only adds to her charm.
Lucy is not just a pet; she’s a true companion to both my daughter and I, always by our sides through life’s ups and downs. Her loyalty and love make every day brighter. We’re so proud to share her with our community!
