The auction starts today at 8am and the soft close starts at 9am Sunday. For example 1 lot will close every minute an auto extension will keep the lot open for last minute bids.

Amethyst:
This new color was first hatched in 2016 at the farm. It was a combination of two colors. We have been working extensively with this color ever since. It is such an exciting color.

Currently at this time we have breeder aged birds in the following varieties:

Amethyst White-Eyed

Amethyst Black Shoulder

Legg Families invite you to our 2nd annual Peafowl Online Auction. We have been in the Peafowl Business for over 55 years and pride ourselves in the most comprehensive genetics available anywhere. We feel the time is right to share the genetics straight off the farm to you through an Online auction. Feel free to browse our catalog for anything you might enjoy. Assembled in the offering are Peafowl from the most basic to the rarest in the industry. We have put together a great set of headliner birds in the offering. We will also offer a Buy It Now feature. Payments to be paid by credit card for 3% fee, Bank Wire or Cash at Farm Pick up. We are also offering delivery to several cities across America for a minimal fee of $50 per bird following the auction. These locations include Pick Up Locations include: Kansas City MO (Farm), Salina Kansas for No Delivery Charge.

$50 Per Bird if Delivered to: Denver CO (March 12th), Dallas TX (), Little Rock AR (), St. Louis MO (March 5th 9am), Paduka KY (Lunch Time March 5th), Chattanooga TN (8am March 7th), Knoxville TN (Morning March 7th), Charleston WV (Early Evening March 7th), Cambridge OH (Evening March 7th), Indianapolis IN (March 8th Morning). Can also meet in other towns along those routes if contacted ahead of time.

Delivery fee will be waived if delivered to: Cookeville TN (evening March 5th)

Boxes will be provided for peafowl. If you bring your own box at pick up, we will refund $5 per box.

Shipping is also available through the US Postal service Express Mail at the buyer's expense.

Long tailed males are not shippable by Express mail. Peafowl have been treated for Internal and external parasites. Bird's will be cared for at seller's expense until transferred to the new owners. Either delivery by in person to designated cities or upon mailing through Express

Update for Online Auction.

Thank you for the great response to our
2nd annual Online Auction post. This is a busy time of the year getting ready for the sale. In the next few weeks, we will take photos of each lot number offered. About a week before the auction begins, we will publish it on our online auction sale link of our website. At that time, you will be able to register to bid.
After the auction closes, birds can be picked up at the farm on specific dates listed at that time. We will offer delivery to many of the larger cities across the country and points in between on the main roads the next couple of weeks after the auction. Those cities will be listed at sale time. The minimal fee will be $50 per bird. This is much less than other means of shipping. For other places we can't reach, we will offer Usps Express Mail shipping at the buyer's expense. We will work with you to get the least possible cost for you.
After the auction closes and we find out your choice of pickup or delivery, then invoices will be sent to the buyers. This takes some time as this is a large auction and takes time to gather everyones wishes. We are excited to offer these great birds and look forward to this great event.
