Last weekend we took 5 horse and rider pairs to the 84th annual Bridlespur Horse Show, hosted by Happenstance Farms in Wright City, MO. We had so much fun at this beautiful, well-run show! We are incredibly lucky to get three rings plus a warmup arena at a Midwest schooling show! Thank you to Ellen for hosting, and let me know what I owe you for that drain I kinda took out on the way in. 🤪

Berklee (.eqq) & Gus:
Berklee welcomed Wrythm and Tyme, an 11 year old Oldenburg, on May 17th. She brought him to the show just for fun and experience, but ended up getting a 4th and 3 5ths in the 2'3 Intermediate Hunter division and 9th in the 2'6 Hunter Derby!

Alex & Atticus:
1st, 2nd, and 3rd in the .60 jumpers
2nd, 4th, 2 5ths and a 6th in the 2'3 Intermediate Hunters

Caroline () & Clou:
Champion in the .85 jumper division

Rylie () and Cleo:
Reserve champion 2'6 Low Children's Hunters day 1

Congratulations to the Smith family on their purchase of Sobanit M, "Tucker". Tucker sold to the very first people who came to try him, which is no surprise, because he's perfect! We are so excited for Tucker to have his own kid and we know you'll love him every bit as much as he has. Thank you to new trainer Diane Gooderl, seller's agent Robin Broughton, and all of Tucker's connections.

A true unicorn! I've been dragging my feet on listing this one because he is perfect, truly the best horse we've ever had in our sales program.

Sobanit M (Tucker) is a 2017 true 17.2 imported Polish Warmblood gelding. Tucker was imported, showed at WEC, and then was given time off to grow. He spent his 8 year old year in development on the flat and has been in full time hunter training with me for 4 months. In these 4 months, he has blown us away. He was champion at 2'6 at his first local show with me in a hectic livestock arena, then went onto be Low Children's 2'6 champion with a junior at the Omaha Equestrian Spectacular A show. He is ready to move up to the pre-children's and can easily step into the Children's this summer. He's competitive on the flat with a classic jump and tons of scope to spare.

In the barn and at shows, Tucker is a perfect gentleman. He clips, loads on anything, bathes, and is great for the vet, farrier, and chiropractor. Under saddle he is a kick along ride with a big jump and the scope to step into the 3'6. No prep needed at shows.

Tucker is listed at 4️⃣0️⃣k. The price reflects his short rated record and the fact that he is a bit green for his age, but he has extremely low mileage and is very sound. All vet records since import available. I would keep this one forever if I could, unfortunately I just don't have a child or amateur adult looking right now. He is the BEST boy, you can ask anyone in our barn, everyone is going to miss this guy!

WEF took a huge crew of 9 horses and 13 riders to the KHJA show in Topeka, Kansas. This was by far our most successful show ever, and we are so grateful to Kathy Childs and the KHJA for putting on such a well-run show!

Congratulations to the Edwards family on their purchase of Redhotintimidation "Atticus"! He is not just a barn favorite, he's THE barn favorite, the best boy who finds the center of every jump and counts his own strides. We are so grateful to keep him in the barn and so excited to watch this pair grow!

Calling all horse crazy kids! West End Farm is offering Winter Break Camp this year, a fun and educational experience for kids ages 6-14. No riding experience is required, and campers can come for as many days as desired. Please message us with any questions.
