We raise and preserve the British Labrador Retriever that specifically is Sandyland linebred to preserve our favorite pedigree and type of labrador. Our Labradors favor more to the UK standard even though AKC registered since it is primarily an old time imported line we are trying to maintain through careful planned out-crossings and line-breedings. We have not had a litter since December of 2018

and as of now, we don't foresee anything for another 2-3 years. Fortunately, this time line has not been a hinderance due to the pandemic. We hope to carry on our line through our foundation bitch's granddaughter when the time comes. Our foundation bitch was Starquest Enchantress Of Moonlight Drive and our foundation sire was JMJ's Purple Reign. Their son produced a female that we look forward to at some pointing carrying on our x chromosome that is from a Sandyland Gaddabout son linebreeding (Lenche's Gallivant). We have a private facebook group for those with puppies already from us and those that wish to acquire one.

If you have a Zene Prince Pup from us, Max raised your dog from day 1 of birth. He was in with them in the whelping box post birth, every day. Once moved to the kennel run, he was in daily playing with them and helping with care. He is almost 12 years old now. Time is flying by too fast.

Hopefully this spring, he will enter in his first Junior Showmanship dog shows with our friend's pug Dash.

Pretty sure tonight's walk will be part of our next title in AKC Fit since I am pretty sure last nights walk ended what we needed for our Bronze level of AKC Fit title. Need to add up times though.

My son captured the moment we were awarded our 3rd of 3 needed competition wins to earn our Championship title in UKC.

We had a repeat in show #2 following. Back to Back Group 4s. Our very first group placements.

It is with beyond my wildest dreams yet I knew it was possible because there was just something "extra" special about him as a puppy. He photobombed a video of his sister and he just glowed with some sort of glow that just was like some sort of divine nudge that he was destined to be mine and carry on what his grandfather, Prince, started. An amazing "male-tail" line that deserves to be carried on.

And so, I introduce to you, Zena and Prince's grandson, now known as CHAMPION Zeniths All Hail Shadow (AKC FTN)

He is also now a multi Group Placer after snagging back to back Group 4's with more than 4 breeds in the Gun Dog ring.

We were at Purina Farms this past weekend. He can be silly at times but the business cap goes on when we step into the ring. He performed like a true showman 💯🤩

September 18th 2023 was a great day. One of the best days. Prince /Zena grandson came home. He was an adorable puppy that took my breath away when he photo bombed a video clip a week before we were due to take his sister home. And the rest is history. 🥰 Zeniths All Hail Shadow FTN

Our Story

Welcome to our gallery of our Labrador Retrievers! We are formerly known as Skyhaven Labradors but after our matriarch passed away in an untimely fashion, we decided to rename ourselves, Zenith Labrador Retrievers, in her honor. Forever our beloved Warrior Princess: Zena.

We continue her bloodline through her sons, daughters and her nephew. Her nephew (Zeus) is currently our future leading man. He is having fun in the show ring currently. We look forward to his male descendants on occasion to keep our line of Labradors going.

Occasionally we may have Labrador Retrievers available for families and hunting companions. Our focus is striving for solid temperament, sound structure and strong retrieval drive if we do.
