Kudos to Eggsie and Emrie. They titled in Canine Good Citizen last week and just finished their Kindergarten 2 classes. Eggsie is going to be such an amazing therapy dog ! Emrie is hoping to use her at KU.

Well, here’s a first for us. All 3 of these dogs graduated from classes today, and all 3 were named George! Congrats to George the yellow lab and George the corgi, they both finished Puppy Start Right today. George the Australian Labradoodle finished up Kindergarten. Way to go times 3!!!

We had a class of Goldens testing for Canine Good citizen last weekend. Big congrats to Eggsie & Emrie, and Marge (as in Large Marge from Heritage) and Lauren, with nods to foster mom Lindsay and her dog River. They all got their CGC AND their TN - Tricks Novice title!

Hope everyone is enjoying their 4th of July. We are being lazy and letting the dogs swim to their hearts content. Felony the Golden is obsessed with all the ducks. Chase wants us to throw the toy in the water so he can jump and come up the dock steps and do it all again. And again. And again….. Rieger has been showing off how to settle on a folded leash in public. See you all next week!

Congrats to Tyler the doodle, he spent the first few weeks hiding shyly under the bench in Puppy Start Right. Boy did he come out of his shell!!!! He showed off his athleticism and ended becoming quite the social butterfly by the time he graduated!

Satchel the cocker has been such a rockstar in Puppy class. Listens well, plays well with others, such a sweet temperament. And those eyelashes - the groomer actually had to trim them! Congrats on finishing Puppy Start Right.

Fun to start a class full of adolescent puppers with a settle on a mat behavior. They are practicing for their homework of taking this on the road this spring.

Finley is showing off her food bowl manners in class this weekend. ❤️🦴

Puppy Start Right class played the bucket game as their pups learned new ways to be OK with grooming and nail clipping.

Has it warmed up to 0° yet? We had a cold weather playtime today. The goal of tired puppies achieved. Will have another on MLK Day day at 3pm. You can sign up online if you would like to join the rumpus.

Marnu & mom made sure we all celebrated Cinco de Mayo in style in Puppy agility class. The pups were good sports even though we were all laughing hard every time we saw them in those hats! And yes, Ruby the Dalmatian DOES grin.
