It’s that time of year again when we’ll see a big uptick in kittens ! If you haven’t already, get your pets, yard cats, community cats, ALL the cats, spayed and neutered. 🐈🐈‍⬛🐱
There are organizations all across the island working really hard to offer free/low cost spay neuter options. Of course donations are always appreciated to keep the clinics going 💵🤑

After flying to the mainland our sweet Paloma had a major medical crisis. She was rushed to the ER struggling to breathe and vomiting. After great care and a lot of testing she’s doing so much better. It was a very unexpected bill of $1300.00, and she’ll need follow up with the regular vet. We’re hoping to raise funds to ease this unexpected burden. Mahalo

Scribbles and her mom say thank you meowy meowy much for your kindness and generosity. She’s scheduled for surgery on Monday.
Between our social media fundraising and donations sent directly via Venmo, just under $1400 was raised 🎉❤️ This will cover her consult and blood work yesterday, surgery and her post surgery follow ups. Soon she will be relieved of her pain, safe from life threatening infection and able to go about her normal life. Such an absolute sweetheart, we are so grateful to be able to help her 😻 If there are any funds left over they’ll be used for our monthly
spay/neuter clinics.

❤️ 10/23. Update : Thank you all so much for your kindness and generosity. Scribbles has an appointment tomorrow for a pre surgery exam/consult, and surgery is set for Monday.
This beautiful and very loved girl is Scribbles and she desperately needs our help. Her mom reached out when she suffered a catastrophic injury that will require amputation. Her mom is not prepared for such an unexpected and expensive situation and Scribbles needs help ASAP. ❤️🐾
We don’t have a final estimate yet for the procedure and follow up care but will post it as soon as soon as we have it. We’re expecting it to be around $1000-$1200. Every penny raised here will go towards Scribbles. Mahalo for your help, it’s gratefully appreciated.

These adorable 3 month old brothers were rescued from a local hotel as itty bitty kittens. Xander, seal point Siamese, Ryker, all black and Zack, black with a little white on his chest. They’re neutered, microchipped, vaccinated and ready to provide you lots of luvs and fun times.
The boys did test negative for FIV but positive for the FELV virus. This means they need to be the only cats in the house or if you have other cats, talk to your vet about the FELV vaccine for them. Kittens can produce a false positive from mom’s antibodies so these guys will be retested.

6 luv bugs went to their furever homes and we met lots of great families who are going to come up to Kapa’au to meet even more of our kitties.

This lovely lady flew 2500 miles to add a couple of Hawaii kitties to her family…….to be fair, she also came to see one of her besties 🤣 And she’s done it before ! The purrrrrfect souvenir of your Hawaiian vacation 😻

Thank you so much to everyone who reached out inquiring about King. ❤️ The incredibly handsome boy abandoned by his people.
We are thrilled to say King chose his purrrrrfect hooman. He took to his new momma in a way we hadn’t seen. We are so very happy for him, and we just know he’s going to have a lifetime of cuddles, loves and purrrrs. 😻
