Happy New Year from Sandy’s Ruff Kutz Dog Grooming! I had a bit of a bumpy start this year I brought in the New Year Sick and now my daughter is sick. I appoligize to everyone that I had to reschedule due to this. I also want to take a minute to thank all of my fur baby parents out there, for always being so patient and so kind to me. I have grown such a wonderful clientele and I love all of your babies as they are my own. They all have there unique quirks that I love about them, and I look forward to seeing each and everyone of them!! They have become a part of my family. I appreciate all of you so very much! As a reminder I am human and I do have to reschedule here and there I hate doing it and I hate letting people down. But I have a son who has Autism, yes he is 19 but he does need his momma from time to time and I appreciate all of you for understanding this and not making me feel guilty about sometimes having to be a mom first! I am truely blessed with some amazing people that I have come to know and love! Owning a business is not easy but it is so worth it! I love that I get to play with puppies on the daily. Life as a Groomer is never boring that is for sure! This year I intend to attend a few new grooming classes and some grooming expos that I am very excited about. I love learning new things and furthering my career! I want to learn as much as I can about being the best me I can be. 2025 will be amazing 🐶🐾🧼🛁. I will be excepting a few new clients this year. I look forward to meeting new people and new Fur babies!!

Hi, good morning, I am writing this morning to share something that I have been wanting to post but never had the chance yet. If you have an appointment with me to have your dog groomed, or bathed, or any kind of appointment and you are more than 15 minutes late I will have to reschedule you. I am on a schedule. I like to take dogs one and a time to have a quiet atmosphere for the dogs I groom. I also like to focus all of my attention on one dog, unless you have a family of more than one dog then they can come together because they all know each other and get along in that way. I do not text to remind very often hardly ever but I do not charge when an appointment is missed. If I would start reminding people, and an appointment is missed I would have to charge you a percentage of the appointment and that is not something I am comfortable with at this point. I try my best to not charge an arm and a leg for a groom. I am probably charging less than most groomers in our area. I do my job because I love animals especially dogs! And I absolutely love what I do. I put my heart and soul into my grooms and I try to befriend every animal that comes threw my shop. I love each and every one of those beautiful fur babies!

Please don’t forget that I am human I am a wife and mother. I feel like I always try to be kind and fair to everyone, I never turn anyone away. So please do the same and try and be kind to me as well. Know that I am doing my best.

I appoligize for the long post but just something I feel needed to be said. One thing I hate is to upset people, but if I show up for an appointment and you do not, I kinda feel like that is unfair.

This little girl was found on Dalton road in Kaplan. She looks like she has been groomed not very long ago. She has a purple collar on. Please if you have any info let me know. Let’s get this baby girl back to her home!

I just wanted to check in and leave a little note! I am so over the moon excited and grateful for all the support I am getting! I appreciate each and every one of you! As my business grows I am sometimes having a hard time keeping up with all of the texts, calls, and Facebook messages. So I please ask if I look over your request, please do not hesitate to reach out again and again if you have too. I am doing my very best to keep up with everything. I love grooming and I feel like I am good at what I do. But I am not so good at being a secretary. Something I am trying to work on. 🫣. Please be patient with me.
