🔵 Breeding Season FAQ Series 🔵 What are the requirements to breed my mare?

The mare must be healthy and in sound breeding condition, as well as registered with the American Quarter Horse Association. If the mare is not registered with AQHA, but is registered with another agency such as Jockey Club or American Paint Horse Association, additional feeds will apply to cover registration costs. A copy of the mare's registration papers are required.
