H & S riders had another great week Sophia McIntyre and Pearl put in consistent clear rounds and earned 6th in the JR/AM classic out of a huge competitive group of riders! Helen Miller piloted Gianna Tapia’s Fergie to top ribbons in the 2’6” eq and was just out of the ribbons in the derby. Great job team! Next stop Saratoga

Another incredible weekend in Buffalo attending the Buck Brannaman clinic. All of our riders worked their tails off improving their horsemanship and we all learned a ton. Thank you to Gail Pearles for hosting another unforgettable weekend. And a special thank you to for not only helping with his Houlihan swing, but also being a great sport and giving him a leg up on his mare to win a bet.

As always, it was an amazing weekend at the Buck Brannaman clinic. Both horses learned a ton and made tremendous progress. A huge thank you to Gail Pearles for hosting an unforgettable weekend with Buck. It was by far one of the best clinics we have been to. We can’t wait to continue working and preparing for next year!

Big congratulations to both Gianna and Emily on a very successful horse show today! Gianna and Good ‘N Plenty received great ribbons in the Walk/Trot and Ground Pole classes including a second place! Emily and Capt ‘N Crunch had beautiful rounds and had great finishes in the Short Stirrup Division. It was the first time both girls showed their ponies and we’re so excited to see where the rest of the summer takes them!

Stylist does it again! Another great outing this week at the Gardnertown Farm A show. Reserve champion in the High Hunter Division with Helen Murphy in the irons. After a long hiatus from the show ring, Helen had magnificent rounds finishing first and second over fences and second in the hack. Another huge thank you to Berry J. Merry Christmas to all!! ! It has been a crazy year and an even crazier 5 months. It has definitely been a ridiculously busy end to 2020 but we wouldn’t change a single minute of it. As always, we are late to the party and our Christmas this year was definitely not normal but like everything else, we made it work. We couldn’t have done it without the help and support of all of our clients and friends.

Helen and I want to thank everyone that has helped us along the way these last few months to make this work.
When we started H&S in August, our goal was to keep it simple and let everything fall into place without forcing it. Fast forward to today and we can honestly say we are surrounded by some of the best people we could ask for.

Thank you to Molly, Lauren, Leah, Hannah, Liza, Alice and Emmett, Alex, Amanda, Josie, Charlie and George. As well as Anne, Dax, Sam and Lucy. And special thank you to Berry Porter, Peter Leone, Diego and Jose for all of your help and support.
