Our phones have been fixed and we are back up and running =) We haven't figured out the voicemail settings on the new system yet so please be patient with us as we work through it. You can always email us at [email protected] and someone will respond as soon as possible!

We will only be open for a half day on Friday, March 29th from 7am-1pm to allow our staff extra time with their families for Good Friday and Easter weekend. We will reopen Monday, April 1st as normal from 7am-6pm.

After having Comcast come out to take a look at our phone lines after yesterday's storms, they have confirmed that lightning zapped our phone server 😭 A new phone system is on the way but will not be up and running until at least Monday.

We quickly ran to Walmart to purchase a couple of old school cordless phones so we are able to limp along with just our main line and our Line 3. Please note that at this time, we do not have voicemail available so if you are not able to get through, please try again or send us an email and we will be glad to get back to you as soon as we can =)

Some you may have already noticed that scammers started attacking our page today 🤬 Please do us a favor and report them as you see them, it will help us in our efforts to get them removed. FB told us we had no right to report them as they saw nothing wrong but we will continue!

We want to take a moment to wish our wonderful clients and their pets a Happy Thanksgiving!!

Please note that we will be closed Thursday, November 23rd though Sunday, November 26th. We will resume normal business hours on Monday, November 27th.

Please be courteous when calling in medication refills to allow our staff ample time to fill as we do anticipate to be busier than usual. All special order medications should be called in by tomorrow or Monday, November 20th to ensure delivery by end of day Wednesday, November 22nd. All routine refills must be called in no later than Tuesday morning or we cannot guarantee they will be ready for pick up in time before the holiday. Thank you for understanding!

Here are our New Year's holiday hours through the end of the year:

We will have normal business hours Thursday, 12/29
CLOSED- Friday, 12/30
CLOSED as usual Saturday, 12/31 and Sunday, 01/01
CLOSED- Monday, 01/02

Prescription refill requests must be made at least 24 hours ahead to ensure they are in stock and able to be filled before the holiday. Special order medications will need additional time to process. Any requests received after lunch on Thursday are not guaranteed before the holiday weekend so please plan appropriately.

We were just informed by Comcast that we will be without service tomorrow, October 21st from 7am-4pm. This means that we will not have phones or internet so please bear with us during the outage. We will be doing our best to forward a phone line to a cell phone while also running a hotspot for mobile data to our computers. You may also send us a FB message and someone will respond as soon as possible.

We will also be closed from 12pm-2pm during lunch.
