We are open today, Monday, December 30th as usual, but will be CLOSED New Year's Eve and New Year's Day. We will resume normal office hours Thursday, January 2nd and Friday, January 3rd.

Please note that medication refills called in today may not be honored until Thursday depending on current stock. We have orders on the way but with the holidays, an ETA is not guaranteed.

Tomorrow is the last day to call in your medication refills before Christmas! Please plan appropriately as last-minute orders are not guaranteed.

Our hours the following week will be identical for New Year's Eve and New Year's Day.

Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Day will be here before we know it!!

We will be CLOSED Thursday, November 28th, and Friday, November 29th. ALL medication refills must be called in no later than Tuesday, November 26th, or they will not be guaranteed before we close by end of day on Wednesday, November, 27th. Please plan accordingly.

We will be CLOSED Tuesday, December 24th, and Wednesday, December 25th.

We will be CLOSED Tuesday, December 31st, and Wednesday, January 1st.

We will be open Monday, December 23rd, and Monday, December 30th, from 7am-6pm. However, ALL medication refills must be called in by the Friday before to be honored before the holidays. Our distribution warehouses will be closed mid-week each week and stock will be limited during this time. Please plan accordingly as not to put your pet in a position to be without their necessary mediations. Last minute requests are not guaranteed.

Just a friendly reminder that we will be closing at 1pm on Friday, August 30th and will be closed on Monday, September 2nd in observance of Labor Day to allow our staff time with their families for the long weekend. We will reopen on Tuesday, September 3rd at 7am.

Please plan your medication refills and medication pickups accordingly and kindly give us at least 24 hours notice. Last-minute and same day requests may not be honored.

Upcoming Changes Effective August 1st, 2024:

**PLEASE READ**

This has been a very delicate subject for us and we have been receiving lots of feedback regarding this matter, both positive and negative. We wanted to explain everything in more detail and give our clients the opportunity to plan for alternative payment methods should they choose moving forward.

Since 2020 when we first opened, we as private, family-owned business have been absorbing and paying for 100% of all credit card processing costs. Unfortunately, financial institutions, our distributors and manufacturers, and many others that we work with and partner with across the country continue to raise their credit card transaction fees. Due to already having to make adjustments at least twice or sometimes three times yearly when our cost of goods increase, we do not feel it is fair to our clients and patients to raise our clinic prices any additional amount on top of the already projected ones that we know to anticipate. It has always been on our hearts since day one to keep our prices low and competitive to surrounding clinics and to always provide the best care we can while still being affordable to the Katy community.

Beginning August 1st, 2024, we will begin implementing a card terminal interchange fee of 3% for payments using any brand or type of card. We will still continue to accept AMEX and the same interchange fee applies. This fee will automatically be calculated based upon your invoice total at the time of checkout.

We have had several people already come to us upset and we want to clarify: we will never profit from these fees. It is illegal to do so in most states, as well as here in Texas. We have a binding agreement in good standing with each credit card company (AMEX, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, etc) and those fees charged simply get paid back to those credit card companies at the end of the day to pay for their fees incurred by the card user (rewards, insurance benefits, airline miles, etc)

For future transactions with us beyond August 1st, please consider making your invoice payments with either cash or a check. There will be no additional fees on your part by doing so and in turn, you help us by keeping our prices low to better serve you!

As always, we thank each and every one of y’all for your unwavering support of our small but growing business. We wouldn’t be here doing what we love without you! Please know that this was not a decision that week took lightly, but one that we felt needed to happen to continue serving our clients and patients with the best possible care.

Please share!!

We will be OPEN tomorrow, July 9th with limited staff and services. We have power, but no phones or internet and it may be several days before we get those back =(

We have cancelled all surgeries for tomorrow and will get them rescheduled as soon as possible. If you have a scheduled appointment with us tomorrow and cannot make it, please send us an email at [email protected] as we can still check it periodically. We will not be charging "No Call, No Show" fees for the next couple of days as we know everyone's situation is different and we understand if you are not able to contact us or be here in person as originally planned.

With those things in mind, we are kindly asking that if you need a tech appointment (a**l glands, nail trim, etc.) to please wait on those items for a couple more days while we tend to more urgent cases that have been waiting on us over a longer than anticipated holiday weekend. Our staff will be busier than usual trying to navigate the chaos without the necessary tools that keep us running smoothly during our day. We greatly appreciate everyone's patience and understanding until we are back and running 100%.

Also, our main distribution supply warehouse is currently without power and they do not yet have an ETA on when it will be restored. This likely will impact our stock on hand and may in turn affect medication refills. We will do our best with what we have in the meantime and please give us 24 hours for all refill requests.

Due to impacts of Hurricane Beryl this evening through tomorrow, we will be CLOSED MONDAY, JULY 8TH. Phone calls will be made this evening to cancel/reschedule all appointments and surgeries that are on the books.

We will update everyone again Monday evening as we head into Tuesday.

Effective Immediately:

We are temporarily closed for lunch Mondays and Fridays until further notice. We are open 12pm-2pm Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. There is a slight chance someone may be here those two days but please call before heading this way to confirm =) If no one is available, you will see our white sign on the front door and our "Open" sign will say "Closed"

Please note that we do not do tech appointments (nail trims, a**l gland expressions, vaccines, Cytopoint or Librela injections, etc.) over lunch as there is only a receptionist here to answer phones, make appointments, and facilitate medication pickups. Controlled medications are not available during this time until a doctor is back on the premises.

We apologize for any inconvenience, we are working the best we can to ensure all of our staff members get a much needed lunch break and are back and ready to serve our clients at 2pm!

***PLEASE READ*** Big changes are coming August 1st, 2024!

After much thought and consideration, we will be switching to a new payment processor effective next week, starting June 24th. The new system will be fully integrated with our practice software ensuring seamless checkout across the platform, and we will now be able to check out clients in rooms, via curbside if needed, or even on our front porch =)

Effective August 1st, 2024, ALL CARD TRANSACTIONS will be subject to a 3% surcharge which will automatically be calculated at the time of checkout. THERE ARE NO SURCHARGES FOR CASH OR CHECKS. This is not a decision we took lightly, but one we felt needed to happen due to the overall increases in the cost of business, as well as to better serve our clients. All credit cards will still be accepted, including American Express. We will still accept cash and check as we always have ❤️

Our phones have been fixed and we are back up and running =) We haven't figured out the voicemail settings on the new system yet so please be patient with us as we work through it. You can always email us at [email protected] and someone will respond as soon as possible!

We will only be open for a half day on Friday, March 29th from 7am-1pm to allow our staff extra time with their families for Good Friday and Easter weekend. We will reopen Monday, April 1st as normal from 7am-6pm.

After having Comcast come out to take a look at our phone lines after yesterday's storms, they have confirmed that lightning zapped our phone server 😭 A new phone system is on the way but will not be up and running until at least Monday.

We quickly ran to Walmart to purchase a couple of old school cordless phones so we are able to limp along with just our main line and our Line 3. Please note that at this time, we do not have voicemail available so if you are not able to get through, please try again or send us an email and we will be glad to get back to you as soon as we can =)
