A: Zoomies are typically triggered by a surplus of pent-up energy, resulting in a whirlwind of playful antics. Don't fret, it's completely natural! These energetic bursts are most common in puppies and tend to lessen with age, but they can still surprise us in older dogs.

It's ZOOMIE month!
First up; What are dog zoomies anyway?
The proper name for dog and puppy zoomies is ‘Frenetic Random Activity Periods’ or FRAPs. These periods usually display as sudden bursts of energy where your dog may run around in circles, usually with their backend tucked in, chase their tail and do laps of the house and/or garden.
Usually the dog zoomies won’t last very long and will be over almost as soon as they began, and your dog will plonk themselves down for a much-needed rest.

The feedback I received from them about my cat was spot on and made me feel like they were truly caring for him and not regurgitation general facts about him whilst there.
