1. Pet-proof your home: Secure loose wires, keep candles out of reach, remove stove k***s.
2. Create a pet emergency kit: Include food, water, medications, and vet records.
3. Practice fire drills: Familiarize your pets with escape routes and meeting spots.

Over the next few weeks, we’re going to give you a sneak peak at puppy visits at PMCK! We are starting off with the handsome Maasai! Today was his first visit since his family picked him up. He received a general physical exam and his first bordetella vaccine. Watch for the tail wag at the end! P.S. Maasai is a giant! 28 pounds at 10 weeks, look at the size of his paws! Before his next visit in two weeks, we’ll have everyone guess his next weight!
