It has been advised on news outlets of a respiratory illness affecting dogs in several states. We want to reassure our customers that we take any and all sanitation measures we can, even though no cases have been reported in our area or Texas. Also, as y’all know, we book appointments in a way where they don’t spend a lot of time in cage or mingling with other dogs and we will continue with this process.

We ask at this time that if your pup has been boarded right before their scheduled grooming appt, contact us to reschedule, ask the boarding facility to bathe them before pickup and keep them at home for at least 2 weeks on observation.
If you notice that your pet is coughing, sneezing, has a runny nose, or seems otherwise ill, please contact your vet.

Also, let this serve as a reminder that all vaccinations need to be up to date, including Bordetella, in order for your dog to be groomed by us.

We care about your dogs’ health as well as our own dogs. Thank you!
