We offer everything from daily walks while you’re at work, to long term care for your pets while away on vacation, business, or those unexpec trips. We also offer overnight stays (a sitter will sleep in your home with your pets). We will send text updates, picture messages/emails, and email updates to ease your mind so you can be away worry-free. Our team also has experience administering various types of medications, including injections. Not only do we care for your pet(s), Animal Admiration also provides home checks if you have no pets. We will rotate lights, disarm and arming the alarm, watering plants, picking up mail and papers, and clearing your door from pesky advertisements. Animal Admiration is bonded and insured for your protection.

For those who followed our post yesterday about sweet Ruby escaping her yard. This was the video her sitter took for her family. As you can see, other than very muddy, she was in perfect health and no injuries. She skipped home and has been happy and well since the incident. ❤️

Today our team battled our biggest fear. This was a first in over 20 years. Our sitter, Todd, arrived to a home and the dog was missing. Ruby has a dog door and from what we can guess may have panicked during the storm last night and squeezed between the iron fence vs going back inside. Thankfully we work as a team so her two sitters, Todd & Jaime, jumped into action. They spent around 1.5 hours searching and knocking on doors. Her family posted on next door and she was found under a deck. It took over 1.5 hours to get her out and safely back home. She no longer has access to her dog door and we shifted the schedule to accommodate additional visits.

This is just one of many reasons why working with a professional pet sitting team can give you more peace of mind while you’re going. We immediately started a group chat with the owners so we could all easily and freely communicate efforts in one place. Ruby girl is a special little girl that we walk with her kitty 🐱 sibling when her family travels. Our hearts hurt at the thought of her scared or missing.
