🐾 Tobie’s Visit at Blue Bear Veterinary Clinic 🐾

Tobie came in today for a skin mass removal consult. Since he has a history of mast cell tumor, we moved forward with same-day surgery. 💙

He did great under anesthesia and is recovering well! Now we’re waiting on the histopathology results and hoping for good news. ✨

Aadhi came to Blue Bear Veterinary Clinic with an aural hematoma — a painful swelling in the ear flap caused by ruptured blood vessels, often from head shaking or scratching.
Despite our best efforts with medical management, the hematoma persisted, so we proceeded with surgical correction to ensure proper healing and minimize recurrence.
Aadhi did great during surgery and is now on the road to recovery with lots of love and ear rubs from the team 💙🐾

Big boy Otis, a 123.6 lb 7-year-old Bloodhound, came in today for dental cleaning and mass removals. 🐾🦷 After a successful dental procedure, we removed five dermal masses — including one near his left eyelid — and he did amazing under anesthesia! 💪💙

Laceration Repair – Facial Wound

On Saturday afternoon, Copper visited Blue Bear Veterinary Clinic for evaluation of a possible dog bite and facial wound. Fortunately, the injury was not too severe. Our team was able to surgically repair the laceration under sedation with great care.

Case Report | Blue Bear Veterinary Clinic – Katy, TX
This past Saturday, an 11-year-old female Maltese-Poodle mix came to our clinic with symptoms of bloody urine, vomiting, and lethargy. Blood work revealed a significant increase in white blood cells, and radiographs confirmed the presence of bladder stones.

We performed an emergency cystotomy to successfully remove all the stones. She is now recovering well and is on a prescription urinary diet.
Results from her urinalysis, urine culture & sensitivity, and stone analysis are currently pending.
