🐾 Meet Leela, our sweet 15-year-old Shih Tzu, who came in today for her monthly Librela injection. 🐶💉

🌧️ **Rescue Story at Blue Bear Veterinary Clinic** 🌧️

🐾 Jake was found by a very nice family by the side of the road on a rainy day. We suspected he got hit by a car and found pneumothorax with thoracic radiographs. Luckily, there were no major open wounds.

🩺 We performed a thoracocentesis to remove the air from his thoracic cavity, and he now sleeps well without any appetite issues. We are so happy that he recovered well with the love of his new family. 💙

Dali came into Blue Bear Veterinary Clinic in Katy, TX to prepare for her upcoming trip to Korea with her family. Dali’s mom has been thoroughly prepared for the whole process, and we’re on the right track. We’re now waiting for the rabies titer test results, which should arrive in 2-3 weeks. Once we have those, we’ll work on the international health certificate.

🐾 This handsome kitten, Louie visited Blue Bear Veterinary Clinic due to an ulcer under her lip. We diagnosed her with an “eosinophilic granuloma” and have started treatment. To help Louie heal, we’ll be using ceramic bowls instead of plastic ones, administering oral medications, applying Revolution Plus monthly, and trying out a hypoallergenic diet. We hope to see a big improvement at her recheck appointment. 🙏❤️
