At West Houston Hunter Jumpers we give hunter/jumper lessons with the safety of riders and horses being our top priority. Proper horsemanship is taught as part of your lessons, so that each student becomes well educated on horse care including how to walk, groom, tack up, cool down/bathe, etc. During your time with WHHJ, we will continually discuss your goals and aspirations so that you and your c

hild are enjoying the complete equestrian experience. We have a select group of quality lesson horses and horses available for lease. We have a great group of students both young and old, and we keep a light and enjoyable atmosphere as riding should always be fun! Once you decide how many lessons you would like each week, and whether you would like private or group lessons, we will set up a schedule that best meets everyone's needs. Please note, we have a 24 hour cancellation policy if a non-emergency causes you to cancel. Students are not required to show, but many choose to do so as their training progresses. We accept cash, check, or credit card. If you are searching for your equine companion's next home, search no more! We offer full board which includes 2-3 feedings daily (depending on your horse's individual needs), supplement delivery, a clean stall (1-2x daily), ample daily turnout, and blanketing in cooler months. Our attentive staff is knowledgeable in spotting injury, colic, and other ailments, and understanding that time is of the essence, a protocol exists to ensure each issue is dealt with the speed and care that today's horsemen (and women!) have come to expect! If it is purchasing a horse you are interested in, we have extensive connections throughout the US and Canada to help find you a perfect equine companion at a price that meets your budget. If you would rather lease, we have plenty of horses (and ponies!) available on site, but we can also look elsewhere to bring something in for you. We are here to help! From the young, unbroken horse, to old ones with a few mischievous habits, and everything in between - let us evaluate the animal and help create a plan of action. Brent is patient and kind in his training techniques, and this shines through in his relationships with his animals. Amenities: We have an equine treadmill on property for any rehab or conditioning needs, a water truck for keeping dust to a minimal in our two rings, a pond that is great for swimming-with or without your horse, two wash stalls and much, much more! Hurry - there are a couple stall openings remaining, but they will go fast! WHHJ is operating out of this gorgeous, new, state of the art training facility located in Fulshear, TX. Oversized 12’x14’ matted, euro front stalls, hot and cold water, massive air conditioned lounge, bathroom, and tack room, oversized grooming stalls, fly spray system, large pastures, large jump arena, dressage, and round pen and SO MUCH MORE. Too many amenities to list! Wonderful, caring and highly educated staff.

Congratulations to all WHHJ riders on a hugely successful 2022 Haras Hacienda Hunter Jumper Circuit!

Hannah Blankenship and Flight Of Fancy were Grand Champion Limit Hunter, Grand Champion Schooling Hunter, and 4th place In Haras Hunter.

Lara Rubin and Wexler were Reserve Champion in the Junior Hunters.

Sophie Thom and the McClure family’s Bert’s Poco Gold were 3rd in Cross Rails.

Kirstyn Hammer and Faith finished 3rd in Junior/Adult Jumpers.

Karis Blankenship and Tiny Dancer had fantastic ribbons and ended Future Jumper Reserve Champion in their first show together! Then they went and placed extremely well in the hunters on day 2 winning a second under saddle! The future is bright for this dynamic duo!

Thank you to our show mom’s (and dad’s!), horse owners, ring supporters, and the great group of other trainers who have been there all year to cheer us on and lend a hand whenever needed! You are seen, appreciated and loved!
