Sage Creek 1 and 2 this weekend; Day one, I made a Bell vs Whistle miatake- got discombobulated mentally, and came away with a 62.5 from Axel Steiner. Day two I recovered, scored 68% from Beverly Roger’s, and won my class😃! Showing Third level test 3. Shout out to Sage Creek, what a miracle to show at my own barn, with beautiful arenas, lovely footing, and kind supportive people. 💖🙏⭐️

Biomechanics series 1
I specialize in biomechanics and self carriage. Here is a good example as I ride Will at extended trot. Notice how vertical and stable my body stays on the balance point. See how the rein is light, that I am not holding him up and that he does not get heavier in the hand, even in the transition back to collected trot. Will is moving uphill here, lifting shoulders and front end, keeping poll up and nose out to the hand. Will is free to move through his back, while I am in self carriage, I am being easy to carry here. #Keenedressage #selfcarriage #biomechanics
