Our ranch experienced a profound loss yesterday with the unexpected departure of our beloved Elvis😔💔Found unresponsive during breakfast, his passing has left a void in our lives. Rescued in May, Elvis's presence was a gift to our family and clients, spreading love and joy through his calm demeanor. His brief yet impactful life taught us that time is precious, and every moment shared is a treasure. Elvis, your memory will be a lasting testament to the power of love and compassion. We love you buddy ❤️

Update: Summer + Red ❤️
Three cheers to Red and myself for trying something new! We recently took a trip up to Waimea during spring break to attend a breakaway roping clinic hosted by Hunter Reaume 🤠 it was unbelievably so much fun! We got to get out of our comfort zone to experience a new equine activity. For an old guy, Red did an amazing job and got the hang of it at the end. Don’t let fear hold you back on something new, embrace it and go for it! More importantly have fun in the process.

We adopted Steel about year and half ago. He came to us malnourished, with lots of hidden heath concerns. With lots of research, time, and love, we’ve were able to transform this senior guy into a beautiful heathy boy.

We got so much doubt and criticism that it wasn’t achievable. “That horse will never put on weight” or “put him down, it’s not worth the investment” hmmmm…🤨 little do they know how determined we are at HCH with giving senior horses a second second chance at life. Steel gave his entire life to catering tourists with endless amount of trail rides. Till he couldn’t pack one more person no more. He was hanging by a thread by the time we got our hands on him. With the proper nutrition plan, vet maintenance, and tender love and care, he was able to blossom into a beautiful butterfly. Don’t let others tell you it’s not achievable. You can set your mind on the greater good, and believe in the possible. Not just Steel but all senior animals need support and attention. They all deserve a quality of good life!

Steel now spends his life fully retired. With the exceptional keiki check ins ☺️ from time to time. He resides on a 40+ ocean view acreage with other horses, eating lush limitedness grass. Show Steel some love by commenting a heart in the comment section below. ⬇️ we love you Steel 🤍
