Do you know how your helmet is supposed to fit your head in order to protect it best? Here are some simple guidelines on how it should look, feel, and fit!

And remember, over time the protective materials your helmet is made of break down -be sure to replace your helmet every 3-5 years from the date of manufacture and immediately if your helmet takes the impact of a fall.

- **Morning Routine**: Start your day early, just like the trainers! You’ll help with feeding, grooming, and preparing the horses for their day, learning essential care techniques and building a connection with these amazing animals.

- **Training Sessions**: Watch and participate as trainers work with the horses, covering everything from groundwork exercises to under-saddle training. You’ll gain insight into training techniques and tips for developing both horse and rider skills.
