I sent out an email yesterday detailing our holiday hours for the next 2 weeks! I am also posting those hours here! Our holiday hours are as follows:

Today, Christmas Eve 12/24: 7:30 am to 12 pm
Christmas Day: CLOSED
Thursday, 12/26: Regular Hours
Friday, 12/27: Regular Hours
Saturday, 12/28: 8 am to 12 pm
Sunday, 12/29: 4:30 pm to 6 pm
Monday, 12/30: Regular Hours
Tuesday, New Year's Eve: am to 12 pm
New Year's Day: CLOSED
Thursday, 1/2: Regular Hours

Hello Friends!
A couple orders of business!

First, we will be closed all day on Thanksgiving Day. There will be no boarding pick up or drop off on this day.

Second, we are in desperate need of your newspapers!
We use them to line kennels in our isolations and we are running very low!
If you would be so kind as to drop them off at the front desk, our kennel staff and patients would be ever so grateful!

A huge thank you to everyone who bought goodies today at the bake sale! It was a huge success! I will post final numbers next week!

We will be doing it annually in October moving forward to help a cancer warrior! As a survivor myself, this is a cause near and dear to my heart! A huge shout out to Haley, one of our techs, for suggesting it and all of my team for helping to make this possible!

Hello friends!
Even though Tiffany's last day is tomorrow🥹, we are still going to have a bake sale to raise money for her mother, Mama Noller on Saturday, October 12th from 9 am to 2 pm! Please come out and buy some goodies to support this strong lady! All proceeds will go to help with travel costs and doctor visits!

This is just a reminder that our groomer, Tiffany, will be leaving us on Tuesday, October 8th! 😭😭😭
She has been an amazing asset to our team over the past 3 1/2 years. We will miss her so, so much! We wish her all the best in her new endeavour!

We are on the hunt for a new groomer! Groomers are very hard to come by, as many are established in other salons. We have an ad up for a new groomer and are hoping to find one very soon! We ask for your patience while we try to find the right person for the job! We will not hire just any person. We have to make sure she or he will be amazing with your pets, our team, and has the experience to make your pets look like movie stars!

If you know of someone who has experience grooming professionally, please direct them to contact Tara at West Villa!
If we hire your grooming candidate, you will be rewarded!

Again, we ask you all to be very patient with us as we try to replace a very important part of our service offerings! We will keep you posted when we hire another groomer and when they will start taking appointments.

Hello friends!
I am sad to announce that our groomer Tiffany will be leaving us to pursue a new adventure in optometry!

Her last day will be Tuesday, October 8th! We will all miss her sunny personality and proficiency as our groomer!

We will do our very best to hire another groomer as soon as possible!

We will be calling all clients that have grooming appointments scheduled for after October 8th. We apologize for the inconvenience and will do our best to find someone to fill Tiffany's shoes!

Congratulations Mama Noller!

My Mama has COMPLETED her Radiation! 5 days a week for 6 straight weeks is DONE! HALF WAY done with chemo! She’s doing so well! Continued love and appreciation to you all! 🎉💪🏻🫁🤍💐
