Lately, I have been facing some significant mental health challenges that require my immediate attention and care. After careful consideration, I have decided to temporarily close Pawsitive Vibes to focus on my well-being.

I apologize for the short notice and for any inconvenience this may have caused. This decision was not easy, but it is essential for me to take this time to heal and regain my strength. Mental health is something I deeply believe in and advocate for, and now I find myself needing to prioritize my own.

At Pawsitive Vibes, we're dedicated to providing top-notch care for your beloved pets, ensuring they leave looking and feeling their absolute best. As we strive to accommodate every pup in our schedule, we kindly ask for your cooperation with our appointment policies:

🐶 **Cancellation Policy:** Should you need to cancel your appointment, we ask for you to inform us 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made after that timeframe will incur a fee of 50% of the grooming service cost. Your understanding and support in this matter will allow us to best serve all of our clients and their precious pups.

🐾 **Late Arrival:** We value your time as much as we cherish your furry companions! To ensure smooth operations and uphold the quality of our service, we kindly request punctuality. A late fee of $15, per dog, will be applied for appointments delayed by 10 minutes or more if we are able to get you in that day. If we cannot then the appointment is considered a cancellation.

Your cooperation with these policies enables us to maintain our commitment to excel in grooming while accommodating the needs of all our clients. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and continued support.
