Texas Youth Livestock Expo in Bryan Tx
We had an amazing time this weekend with many of our Texas cattle show family and meeting new folks this weekend. Big time learning curve on our part but we will be back next year! The work put in, memories, and friendships made are everlasting….

The 2024 Spring Annual Membership & Board of Directors & Committee Meetings are quickly approaching. The meetings will be held at the Holiday Inn Kansas City Airport Hotel & KCI Expo Center in Kansas City, Mo. on April 24th & 25th, 2024.

There will also be a link to a form for those who are planning on attending the Hall of Fame and Awards reception/dinner on the evening on the 24th at the AICA Headquarters. LSU State Agriculture Livestock Show~

They pour every OUNCE of their heart, grit, time, money, blood, sweat & tears to raise these animals up right, to make sure they're happy, fit, healthy, on time and ready for the ring. It's late nights and early mornings and "sorry I can't make it, I've gotta get home to my animal".

It's MORE feed and MORE water and MORE mess to clean up. It's emergency vet calls and late-night feed store runs and unfathomable exhaustion.

It's getting attached, telling their livestock the things they'd put in a diary.
Win, lose or draw...they win. They win a relationship with an animal they'll never forget, lessons that will carry them far in life, and the measure of success that only comes by this level of work.

Letting go will never, ever be easy for these kids because of it all but they'll do it again next year
