After careful consideration, to continue to stay in business in the salem/keizer area, i have decided to change how i charge, and raise my prices starting January 2025.

I try my best to stay in an affordable range, but with the cost of gas, and having to pay for health insurance out of pocket, i was forced to either raise my prices, or quit grooming in salem all together. 💔

Most of my clients have been with me for several years and i appreciate you all so much for your support and have so much love for your pets.

I will be sending out new prices over the next few weeks. If my new prices are out of your budget and you’d like to stay with me, please consider making the drive to Mudpuppies in Oak Grove, where the prices there will be cheaper than what i charge doing house calls!

Some news! Life has been changing quite a bit over the last 3 months! Trying to allow and adapt to all the changes has been a constant thing! Trying to figure out what i want to do with this new chapter of my life and figuring out what works best as well!
i have two big pieces of news to all my clients and future clients!
1: I am going to be raising my prices. I feel like it’s time to raise my prices a bit. They started out almost identical to my previous job, where i could do twice as many dogs in one day. Now that i’m doing less dogs since im coming to you, and i need to raise my prices to make up some of the difference.
My prices will still be a set base price per service/dog and a small travel fee. The travel fee will remain the same but the base price will increase. Any appointments made after 4/14 will have this change! If you book your next appointment before 4/14 (even if the appointment is after this date) i will honor the current pricing for that appointment!
2: I’m moving! Portland has always been a place i’ve always wanted to move to. Tied down at petco i didn’t think it was an option. Now i’m working in Oak Grove and also doing house calls in Salem/Keizer area.
i’m up in portland 2-4x a week for friends, shows, and work. And it makes a lot of sense to move up there!
I will still be doing house calls, but limiting my days to 2 days a week, and probably 8am- 5/6 each day trying to maximize my days down in salem best i can!

The days i will be in Keizer will likely be Tuesday and fridays with the potential of having certain Weekend days added due to high demand.

This will likely start Mid May to mid june!

Again i want to thank everyone for all the support, business and referrals i have gotten from so many of you! i really would not be able to do this without your support!

Services can last anywhere from an hour to four hours depending on the service and number of dogs being groomed.
Service times will always be shorter in your home vs in a salon due to having no distractions from other guests or dogs!

This client was able to have me come to their home, instead of battling their four dogs to get into the car for a 30 minute drive to get to the salon! They were able to spend their Sunday as if any other without the interruption of taking the dogs for their monthly grooming across town!

This girly likes to stay a little shaggy in the winter to stay warm! Usually is a terror about her toes, Rosie held still knowing her mom was across the room in case anything happened, which was the comfort and support Rosie needed to confidently get groomed without a fuss!

Bambi used to be terribly stressed in the salon waiting for her brother to be finished groomed before she could start, and would scream the whole time she wasn’t being worked on.
Now she gets groomed at home and waits for her turn in mom’s lap! That’s one happy camper!
