LETS TALK REAL QUICK ABOUT AN IMPORTANT SUBJECT.

“The bail is too high, the horse doesn’t weigh that much, they are being greedy…so on and so so on.”

1st off I want to tell you the horses maybe bound for slaughter, but pricing most the time is set off the value of what he feels the horse is WORTH. Not how much it weighs. They are out to make money on horses whether that is sell it or ship it.

When a horse is priced at $1250. Why don’t you drive to the sale yourself. Might be 30 mins. Might be 3 hours. Drive to the sale and use your gas and haul your trailer. Now sit at the auction and watch 100+ horses and pick one you believe is what your looking for. Spend $800? Ok drive home and use your gas. Now add in what your time is worth to sit thru that 100+ horses that most likely took 5-8 hours to sell. Ok now we have your time and your fuel added to your 800$ horse so now we are closer to $1000. Now the horse ran thru a sale and came from a trader…. So it’s going to get sick. Add in your antibiotics. Ok now here is the most important part. Take your horse you got a story on from a trader and saddle and get on it! The horse isn’t the same calm, sweet, quiet horse you met. RISK YOUR LIFE YOURSELF! Or how about you bought a “kids horse” throw your child on the horse and risk their life for that 250$ difference……. WAS IT WORTH IT when you get bucked off. When your child get bucked off and ruins their experience? Was it worth driving to the sale, spending your fuel, wasting your time, buying a counterfeit horse they lied about, and here’s the fun part… now get your money back.

Stop griping to us about a horse isn’t worth that amount. Stop calling people greedy. Stop saying the horse don’t weigh that and you want to just kill it. Do we agree with killing and slaughter. No we don’t that’s why we are here. WE RISK OUR LIVES DAILY!! Every horse or pony my boys or my workers or me or Taylor step on could kill us. Do we get a 100% guaranteed evaluation out of that …. No. But your not buying a sight unseen horse that you know nothing about. We do the hard work. Me and my crew go to sales as well. We buy horses we believe y’all would want or need. We put in the hours at the sales. We put in the training. We put in the hauling them wherever they come from. We risk our lives to make sure the sale barn story matches. If that’s not worth spending a little extra on a horse then y’all don’t need to be shopping for one to begin with.

Moral of this rant…. Stop griping about the pricing. There is A LOT that goes into the pricing of horses. And if you think $1250 is too high for riding, what appears to be sound horse something is wrong with you. If you believe that $2500 is too high for a draft horse go to a sale and buy one yourself. Spend the gas, the time, and the energy yourself to go find one cheaper. Let me know your final bill. Next thing you wanna gripe about is vet bills and sickness. These horses are not sick bc they came to the kill pen. These horses pick this crap up at the sale barns and it busts wide open when they get here. So your sale barn pony is going to get just as sick as your kill pen horse. Oh and BTW a horse with a snotty nose and cough don’t need a $500 vet bill or a vets eye balls to tell you it’s going to live or not. The vet that comes here will tell you Shana and Tera have done any and everything we could have done ourselves. Except x rays and when I grow up and get rich one day I’ll have an x ray machine. Lol. But stop thinking it has to be rushed to a vet for treatment. Learn something yourself to save money and be able to help your horse faster.

Have a blessed night. Love y’all.

Mo- Mufasa is a 13 year old grey gelding, he stands 15.1 hands tall, stout, sane and just a nice all around horse! 1100 lbs currently in moderate shape- 1200+ when in top shape. He is also handy youth suitable. He is grade but we do know the breeder and pretty much his life story.
Very nice head horse, scores, rates and faces with ease. He runs left and is a 1/2D Open rodeo caliber gelding with an experienced push rider. He tends to run 2/3D with less experienced riders. My 4yr old loves this horse and can ride ba****ck.
Has been started and ran in poles 22s with a jump rider with much room to improve. Nothing seems to bother this guy and he’s really easy to get along with. He has been trail rode all over, he crosses creeks, logs goes thru the brush.
He has also been to town and has been hauled to large and small jackpots as well as rodeos and Jr. rodeos. Ponies other horses, ties, loads, bathes ect
* scar on left hind. X-ray when bought showed some minor changes

Tx677〰️💙〰️Bugsy is a 4 yr old Appaloosa Gelding who stands 15.1hands tall. Extremely sweet and gentle. Quiet calm and super easy to handle. He is the friendly horse I’ve seen in a long time. Always the first to meet you at the gate and follows you everywhere. Stands perfect for everything. Broke to ride and rides quiet and easy. Has more whoa than go for sure !!! He doesn’t get in a hurry at all. Very kind hearted loving personality. Gets along with all other horses and dogs and goats. Not spooky about anything. Has an old cut scar on his back left pastern that is almost completely healed up. Moves out sound. Would make a really cool husband horse cuz he’s so tall. Love this sweet handsome fella !!!

Denise Senske we do not set the prices. The prices are set according to what he pays for them at auction plus trucking to get them here and $100-200 profit depending on the horse. And if a horse is skinny I can promise you it’s because they came in to us that way. Here they are on free choice alfalfa 24/7 and he won’t look like that in a month here with us. So if you can’t keep your comments positive and to help the horses instead of saying things that you are totally incorrect about you will be banned. This is your only warning. We do not tolerate any bashing towards us or anyone else on our page. It only takes away from the horses. If you feel the need to say something to us directly you can send us a private message.
