Americano-January 2, 2022

Americano’s second ever hoof cleaning. He’s almost ready to meet the farrier for the first time. Luckily his feet self maintain really well. 😅

Just a slow ride today for the old lady. The farrier will be coming out soon but they’ve all been maintaining extremely well. Baby is a bit long in the toe but Cher and Dixie look amazing. Next on the list: Building the round pen and tilling up the ground. Bringing the trailer home for more work to be done. Clearing out the shelter. It’s so nice to be back where I belong. This past year and a half has been so tough. Jeffery has been by my side through everything and I couldn’t have this opportunity without him. This is my “Steve Jobs in the garage phase” and I’m okay with that. ❤️ Thank you for your support.

At S&J Second Chance Ranch we believe that every horse deserves a second chance. If you’re lucky enough to get one, you have been blessed beyond measure. At the moment we are taking reservations for free consultations. Feel free to contact us to hear more about our program. We are in the beginning stages of our business, so first time clients will receive a generous discount, and be included on our website portfolio.
