Next group finished up and heading out the door! Down to the single digits now on deer with only a couple of ducks left as well. The shop will be closed from 8/22 until 9/1 for a family vacation and much needed break. Mounts can be picked up until 8/21 at 6pm so don't delay!

Just about halfway done with the shoulder mounts with this next group finished up. Plus a blue pheasant and WV black bear.

Good luck to all the youth turkey hunters tomorrow! With that said, this year, we will not be accepting turkeys for any mounts (lifesize, breast mounts, or fan mounts). This is due to the current workload in the shop, and it is the best option to be able to keep pace with all of last year's birds and deer. Sorry for any inconvenience!

Due to recent issues with supply companies, I am unable to get acceptable cedar driftwood to use on bird and fish mounts. Effective today, 1/13/25, all future incoming (flying) birds will include ghost hangers that will hang on the wall without a separate driftwood base, and fish will include a standard hanger. Artificial driftwood options are available for standing (and flying) birds and will be priced upon request due to size and shape. This will provide a higher quality finished product as well. The first 2 weekends of the new year have been busy! The first 2 turkeys are fleshed and ready to be mounted, the first 2 fish are mounted and drying, and the first whitetail is mounted and drying. Next weekend will be 2 more fish mounted and the last turkey fleshed and washed. We're moving right along to start out 2025!

That's a wrap for the 2024 deer season. Even though we're on Christmas break, we thought we'd let everyone know we reached our limit on whitetail for the season! Thank you for trusting us with your trophies, and starting next weekend, we'll be doing prep work on turkeys and fish!
