We had a very successful processing class yesterday! We processed over 30 lbs of healthy, locally raised meat and gained skills and confidence to be more self-sufficient. This Palomino/New Zealand cross litter was born on 6/20. Both parents are over 10 lbs, and kits have nice type, but are growing out slower than expected. There were 13 in this litter and I didn’t have a foster option. Is their more petite size more likely genetics or due to more competition for milk during first weeks.
