I wanted to personally thank everyone who shared my post of my sweet Mason missing. WE FOUND HIM!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It’s a long story, but my heart was drawn to Hamilton Rd today and I was approached by two neighbors that lived in Woodbridge at Hamilton Lake, who both saw him on their ring camera Tuesday at 5:30am. I stayed in that neighborhood for hours riding, looking, handing flyers to everyone I saw. At 12:30 I was called by someone in there I gave a flyer to and he was seen in her back yard. I went straight there and stood in the woods behind her house looking for him quietly. He finally came out of those woods to my husband and jumped in our car!!! He was missing for 5 days!!! We are so fortunate for all the love, support and prayers of this community. Very blessed. Thank you from me and my family. Mason is good, he’s been checked out by Dr. Ramos here at home and he looks good. Raw sore paws and lost some hair. But he’s home!!! 🐾💙💙💙💙💙💙 thank you. My special needs son Zachary missed him so much.

A dog matching Mason was spotted at Farmer John’s on Due West Road around 8:30pm. I sat there in the grass for an hour watching hoping he was there and would come out. Today was a bitter sweet day for all of us at KMVS. Our sweet Lauren is moving on to better things, she is flying off to Ireland to study abroad this summer. Lauren started with us as a teenager working in kennel and she has grown into such a fine young lady. Some of us have seen her grow all these years. She is such a bright light and has the sweetest soul ever! The most caring and loving person. We will miss her so incredibly much! We know she is moving on in her next exciting chapter. Good luck Lauren from all of your KMVS family! We love you so much and we will miss you!

This is a tick that was found on a sweet patient here! It is so important to keep your pet on flea/tick preventatives. We offer monthly or every 3 month chewables, as well as topical prevention. Ticks are prevalent in Georgia. Just pulling off a tick can leave body parts attached to your pet. Illness transmitted by ticks can cause fever, anemia, paralysis, lameness, and other symptoms. Ask us about protecting your pet today!
