KIDS you should always listen to your parents concers and thoughts and take in their thoughts...My Mom Reba Wilson always told me DONT PLAY WITH BUGS ..LEAVE THOSE WORMS ALONE ....we you see where that has gotten both of us today while her and Sandy Wilson was at the grocery store she bought A bag of carrots for the mealworm farm ... lol ...

Some people have pets but against farming ..

Litte pet Lizards , and exotic animals that eat mealworms.

Take a look at this pic it's mealworms that I raise for pet food , reptile food ..bait for fishing..

So back to the first thing about farming .without a Crop Farmer .( Wheat ) to be exact I couldn't raise these inscets their bedding and food is mainly Wheat and other crops.. some I look at the prices and I think dang that's expensive but let's break it down

Price of grain
Price of Fuel to plant seed
Time to Plat seed
( growing time, praying for good season )
Price of fuel for harvest
Price of processing, bagging ,trucking to store for Resale ,

That's all before it's my turn to go get the Wheat from the feed mill , being selective of finding good quality insects for breeding and and growth rate .. all of this to just produce a little feeder inscet ..

So next time you hear someone say they are against farming or I don't know why they farm tell them to THANK A FARMER for everything from the food we eat to the food we feed our pets ... yours truly
