Six of the Eye of Oden dogs attended the CPE trials over the blustery weekend. Even though the weather was cold, wet and slippery conditions, they all managed to get a few ribbons towards their levels. A lot of first place 🥇 and second place 🥈 ribbons.

Some of our pups got out to play a little bit of scent work with Ebbtide and CPE on a frigid day, with snow and ice. They all had a great time. We had some newer dogs with us trialing for the first time. Containers were a struggle for most especially in Level 5 as swiss cheese was our food distractor and whose dog doesn’t love cheese 🧀? Some people also reward with cheese so this was definitely a tricky one….. We will be back at it today for another try in hopes to get a few containers.

Happy Friday everyone!!!
When you have a day that to cold to go out with wind blowing fierce, what do you do???

The crazies and I decided to make peanut butter and banana twists with a twist. (We added oatmeal and bacon to ours) They really liked the batter, I’m sure they will like the finished product. Home treats are safe treats. Recipe in comments.
