Snickerdoodle is being harassed by the blue jays this morning. These birds are quite courageous.
Does this ever happen at your house to your inside kitties?
We wanted to share this funny video with all of you. We had two cats here recently that were on opposite ends of the hallway. This handsome fellow is Sherbert. The other baby is Skeeter. Whenever Skeeter would meow, Sherbert would meow, “Hello?” When Skeeter wasn’t talking, his meows were normal. It is so cute. We hope you like it as much as we did! Enjoy. ❤️
Watch, and you may see someone you know!
Please share all your cute Christmas pet videos. I know we all get a lot of joy watching them open up their goodies! 🥰
This sweet boy is Smokie Stahler. He acts a lot like a dog. We think maybe he was a Labrador in a former life! 🤣 He loves cheese and to give kisses! ❤️🐾
It’s a hard life for our clinic cat, Gabriel. He looks SO stressed right now. 🤣 These long-haired kitties require a lot of brushing.
How to Empty Anal Glands in the Dog
Anal glands are found in all dog and cats, and some animals never have issues with them. Other pets are continually having issues, and many times we are asked to "show" or "teach" an owner how to empty the glands themselves. A pet owner learning how to do this at home can save both time and money.
This video is our attempt to show a process that many have not been able to show because of the nature of anal glands. We hope this video will educate you about anal glands and the various problems that can arise with them.
This process should only be mildly uncomfortable for your pet. If your pet becomes very uncomfortable or you are unsure that you are expressing the glands correctly, please contact your local veterinarian.
This guy’s name is Crush. It is a very fitting name. This is how he crushes treats. We think they just slide down his esophagus!
