Keokuk Animal Services Our purpose is to provide shelter, food, and care for lost and homeless animals, while making every effort to reunite them with their family. to 5:00P.M.

The Keokuk Animal Services facility is located at 249 Carbide Lane, Keokuk, Iowa 52632 and is open to the public Monday through Friday from 1:00 P.M. Keokuk’s Animal Control Officer, is available from 8:30 A.M. until 4:30 P.M. Monday through Friday. Our phone number is 319-526-5421. In case of emergency, the Animal Control Officer can be reached by calling 319-524-2741, that will connect you to the dispatch center. Once you are connected, press option #1.

Why this Unicorn is still here is a total mystery to us!!! KODA is not only gorgeous but nearly perfect in every way! She is a 2 year old Husky but definitely not your typical Husky. She is calm, quiet, affectionate, obedient, friendly, loving, great with kids, house trained, just a joy to be around! She will follow you all around just to be near you. Her smaller size makes her that much more adorable!!! If you would like to meet KODA our hours are from 1-5 on Monday-Friday however we will be closed on Wed. New Years Day.

Looking for an older distinguished gentleman in your life? This is your guy!!! ROMEO is not only that but also a charming and affectionate love bug!!! He is a big boy with a big heart!!! As we get to know this gorgeous girl a little better we can tell you that she is a dandy!!!🥰 KODA is NOT your typical Husky! She is very calm, quiet, loving and affectionate! All she wants is to be close to her humans and all is well. She is such an adorable smaller size which makes her unique. KODA is 2 years old, loves everyone she meets and will be fully vetted. Her only vice is that she does not do well with other female dogs or cats. This next week we will be open on Monday, Thursday and Friday from 1-5 if you would like to meet her.

Introducing KODA a stunningly gorgeous 2 year old female Husky. Koda is extremely friendly and loves everyone she meets, although she does not do well with other female dogs or cats. She is much smaller than what the pictures make her appear. She is just under 50 lbs. She walks well on a leash and is crate trained. This beautiful girl is ready for a home and you are welcome to come meet her from 1-5 on Friday the 20th or next week from 1-5 on Monday, Thursday and Friday.

And who doesn't love a Lab named DUKE?!?! This handsome boy is about as sweet and friendly as they come!!! He was a little shy at first but is coming out of his shell and is turning out to be such a great dog! DUKE is around a year old and gets along with other dogs. He absolutely loves playing in the snow! We are so excited to help this precious boy find a forever home! Our entire staff wants to take him home but we all already have too many dogs!!!!!🥰 If you would like to meet DUKE our hours are from 1-5 on Monday-Friday.
