Please be careful with your fur babies out there!

Next week is Valentine’s Day 💕 and the U.S. alone is estimated to spend over $2 billion on flowers, many of which can be seriously toxic to our cats and dogs. Before you buy that beautiful bouquet for someone with pets, stop and check that you’re not accidentally gifting them something dangerous – their pets will thank you for it!

You can share a few healthy bites with your canine friends when you're celebrating Thanksgiving this week, just be sure any of the "approved" foods are plain with no added seasonings or butter, etc. If you are concerned about letting your pet try new foods, be sure to check with your vet first.

Reminders as the weather gets warmer and our animals are outside for longer and families are traveling:
— Check your babies for fleas and ticks
— Visit your vet for a yearly check on vaccines(rabies, kennel cough, boarding requirements)
— Be up to date on Flea and tick treatments
— Regional specific preventative care
*I was unaware that for southern states, you can get your animals vaccinated for rattlesnake bites!*
