Hi everyone!

My name is Levi and I joined the PNK family over the weekend. My paperwork reads I am an approximate 2 year old male Shih Tzu mix. I weigh around 15 pounds. I was found as a stray, taken to a shelter, and no one came for me.

Trust me, I did not come to the shelter looking this way. The nice folks at the shelter had me groomed as I was extremely matted and miserable. I had to be cut very short and lost most of my tail, but hair will grow back. I was pretty sensitive about my feet, so to make it easier on everyone, that will be cut while I'm under anesthesia.

We are all getting to know each other but so far I have been very sweet and friendly. I seem to be house trained, and use a doggie door to go potty. I'm doing well with my canine foster siblings. I love to play! I enjoy jumping on my toys, shaking them, and growling at them. I will lay them at your feet to start a good game of fetch. I am smart and listen well.

My neuter, exam, and screenings are scheduled for next Monday, Nov. 17th. I will be ready to join you soon after. Applications can be found on our website, at the top of this page, plus the link will be added in the comments. I am located in Kernersville, NC.

💕 Happy, Happy Adoption Day 💕

Hi all.....it's Mystic. I am the one who was so severely matted, I needed a sedation shave. Just look where I am now! I have been waiting to say these words. I am adopted!

I'm a pretty humble guy, but I have got to brag. I have the BEST parents a dog could ask for. I think the feeling is mutual as I overheard Mom say I was the best dog ever and absolutely perfect in every way. I admit I was a little timid at first, but once I was in the arms of my new Mom I knew this was it. I so love my Dad too. We have a lot of fun walking around the neighborhood and playing with my toys in my fenced in yard. I mostly just love being with them. I also have a feline sibling!

We are all over the moon happy! Sometimes I have to scratch myself to realize this is real. I am so relieved I never have to go back to the dog I was..... unkempt, starving, and walking the streets. Nothing but the best life ahead. PNK and me want to thank all of our amazing supporters for helping us get the medical care we need so these magical moments can happen!

I have a new name.....Chance. PNK gave me a second chance at life and I have another chance with my new family. It definitely fits.

💕 Happy, Happy Adoption Day! 💕

Hi all.... it's Ash. Well, that didn't take long. I am in my forever home. I am adopted!

I am pictured with my wonderful new Mom who honestly is going to spoil me to pieces. I knew that when I walked in the door. That got me thinking....hmmm.... I like this I think I'm going to stay. There were treats, toys, everything a fellow could ask for.

But did she pass the lap test? She sure did! She's got one of the most comfortable laps I've ever laid on. I will be spending a lot of time there along with in her arms being held. That's what I like. This is the type of home I really wanted. Just me and my person.

I want to thank everyone who put in an application for me. I heard there were a lot! I really appreciate you wanting to give me a good home. As always, PNK and me want to thank all of our incredible supporters for helping make little guys like me healthy, and ready for our forever homes.

Yawn 🥱, I think it's time for a before dinner nap. Oh Mom! Could you come here, please? Got to have that lap!

Oh yeah.....Everyone, I am happy to say my neuter went well, my exam found no issues, and all my screenings were good. I did need a dental, but no extractions. My teeth just needed cleaning up a bit. I was aged 5 years and weighed in at 6.6 pounds.

Yes, you absolutely do. Plus, you have to eat your dinner so you can take your meds. You sure are cute lying back there.

💕 Happy, Happy Adoption Day! 💕

Hi all...it's Freddy on the left. Just look where I am! I am home. I am adopted.

I am pictured with my wonderful new Mom & Dad and my canine sister, Tallulah. Talk about love at first sniff! We are a perfect match. We are the same age and close to the same size. Here's what sealed the deal.....we have the same level of love for toys! Yes, even more than treats. Give us those toys! And give Mom certainly did. She had Halloween baskets made for both of us when I arrived. After about an hour, I felt like I always lived here. Mom and Dad are so sweet and patient. I think I'm the happiest pup in the world!

I want to thank all of my angels who donated so I could get my dental plus all the medical care I needed to be ready for this day. PNK and me are beyond grateful to all of you! We can't do it without our amazing supporters! I also want to thank everyone who put in an application for me. I really appreciate you wanting to give me a good home.

Hey, wait.... Tallulah just got a headstart, but I'm going to get that toy first. It's on now!

Hi all.... my goodness! Who is this good looking fellow? Why it's me....Ash! I think I cleaned up pretty good. Many thanks to our amazing friend Jennifer at All Things Dogs for making me look and feel so much better!

For those who may not have met me yet: I am an approximate 4 year old male Yorkie mix. I weigh 6 pounds. I do not shed.

I am a total sweetheart! I love to be with you! Even better, I love to be held, carried, and in your lap as much as possible. I'm also a really good kisser! I'm still not really into my canine foster siblings. When they run and play, I just watch. When they get close, I back up. Maybe I just need some more time. We are working on house training, but I will use the doggie door to go potty and if you take me out. I'm not perfect at it yet. I ride well in a vehicle. Aren't I just the cutest little thing?

Hi everyone!

My name is Ash and I joined the PNK family over the weekend. My paperwork reads I am an approximate 4 year old male Cairn terrier mix. Maybe mixed with Yorkie? I weigh a tiny 6 lbs. I was found as a stray, taken to a shelter, and no one came for me.

I am rather dirty and in need of a cut so we will be visiting our wonderful friend Jennifer at All Things Dogs very soon!

We are all getting to know each other, but everybody knows I am a little big dog. Hey, us little fellas have to take up for ourselves. It's a big world out there. I am not seeking out companionship from my canine foster siblings. But, I just got here. We are working on house training. I have started to use the doggie door and will potty outside. I do LOVE being held and sitting in your lap. I like to be carried around. It makes me feel king of the mountain. I am super sweet and will give you lots of kisses. More information will be given as I settle in. I sure am a little cutie! 🥰

We are waiting on a neuter date, which we will share with everyone when we know. I hope it's soon. Did I just say that? I'm just ready to meet my forever family. No more running the streets.

Hi all.... who is this? Oh my gosh, I didn't even recognize myself. This is Mystic. All those nasty matts are gone! Kudos to Jennifer at Hopkins Road Animal Hospital for the great job she did today! She said it all came off in one piece. She also said it was the worst she had ever seen, and that is saying a lot!

I'm just sitting here kind of stunned. First, let me tell you that my neuter went well, my exam found no issues, and all my screenings were good. I did have an unbiblical hernia which we repaired. It was agreed I am 3 years old and I weighed in at 10.8 pounds. That was before the matts came off so I probably lost a few. It did reveal I am rather skinny. Foster Mom will gladly fatten me up.

As to what breed of dog I am what do you think? Am I still a Shih Tzu mix? I don't shed. Everybody raved about how sweet I am at the vet office. I appear to be housetrained. I will also use a p*e pad. I seem to like all people and dogs. I ride really well. I just want someone to love. I am going to be a beautiful dog when my hair grows back out.

Hi everyone!

My name is Mystic and I joined the PNK family just yesterday. My paperwork reads I am an approximate 3 year old male Shih Tzu mix. I weigh around 11 pounds. I was found as a stray, taken to a shelter, and no one came for me.

I am so embarrassed. I am past filthy with f***s and urine encrusted on my backside. I have matts so tight to my skin it's painful, including my paw pads. This is past what a groomer can do. No dog should ever be in this condition.

PNK has scheduled a bath and shave down, along with my neuter, exam, plus my screenings tomorrow, Thursday, Oct. 23rd. I can't wait to get all of this mess off of me. I used to be a beautiful dog.

Since I just arrived yesterday, PNK doesn't know a lot about me yet, but I have been very sweet and gentle. I like all my canine foster siblings. There is a very beautiful, playful dog underneath all of this filth.

I will show everyone my transformation picture tomorrow. This is a shave down and not a groom so I may not be perfect, but I sure am going to feel better. Of course, I will give my medical report. Foster Mom has already told me all about it.
