It took way to long to cut this X-large hatchling rack in half and get it put back together. With babies hatching it needed done a month back but I’ve been behind and my mini hatching rack was over filled lol so here she is, not that pretty but done.

After a stressful egg bound situation, Mina my Jungle Carpet Python, is doing much better. And I’m happy to say 6 of her babies made it. These cuties are sweet, curious, and not biting like I thought they would. These are my first clutch of Carpet Pythons 🥰

This little degu girl has us stumped. She’s not sure she wants to be Black or Agouti. Having to reach out to an amazing degu breeder to get some questions answered. We definitely love the different colored whiskers.

Yesterday this girl finally gave up the eggs. 5 slugs were also laid making a huge first time clutch for this big lady. I’m curious to see if she proves vanilla cause she is one light lady. I’ll definitely need help with that id 😂

EGG-BOUND
So last Thursday I found my beautiful jungle carpet python Mina egg bound. She had already laid 6 eggs and 1 slug, and was straining the pass the rest. I was extremely nerve wreaking to help her, but we stayed calm and went to work. 6 more eggs were inside and we were able to extract them, sadly they have gone bad, but we still have the original 6. Mina look real bad for a couple days and still isn’t feeling herself but she’s hanging in there. Durning all this chaos we were having to move the shop and her enclosure. So she will be recovering in a rack until I update their enclosure. Fingers crossed she feels better and pulls threw.

Gina, my first ball python and my first snake to breed, had her second clutch. 9 beautiful eggs. Pairing was Enchi Kingpin x Albino Pied het Clown. Here are some of my friends getting to see egg veins and help me set up the babies.

Good information to learn. We have never bred nor believed in breeding the spider morph personally. No offense to people who do, your choice. Now we know that the Spider morph is not ‘just’ a neurological issue. Got to love science.
