A picture says a thousand words.

This female cat, held by Dr. Symm with our partner vet clinic Town and Country Animal Hospital, is one of 57 Kerr County cats and dogs, spayed, neutered and vaccinated this week.

These surgeries support our One Paw at a Time, Kerr County Healing Initiative and funded by donors and the Jason Heigl Foundation Namaste Spay and Neuter Initiative.

Fixing and vaccinating these 57 animals saved over 1,000 potentially unwanted cats and dogs.

We are so grateful for every one of our veterinary technicians and assistants. We are incredibly fortunate to have a team of the most talented, hard working, dedicated, compassionate, knowledgeable, and caring technicians in the Hill Country. We couldn’t provide you and your loved ones with the exceptional care that we do without all of these individuals doing what they do best.

During this week, we ask you to take a moment to write a thank you or a special note to a vet tech or tech assistant who may have made a difference to you or to your pet. You may leave your message via Facebook messenger or send it via email to [email protected]. Next week, we’ll compile all of the notes and share them with our entire team. It will mean the world to them to know how much they are appreciated!
