Hello Every One!
Posting an update: I tried to get back into the swing of my schedule and get some dogs done today but unfortunately whatever imbalance I have going on made me experience another “anxiety/panic attack”with full body sickness.‼️ I need to cancel all of my appointments until further notice!‼️ I need to get my health issues figured out! I AM SO SORRY!! I’ve been trying to get answers for the past 3 weeks now and I’m still in the “waiting” period of every doctor appointment and every test result.

I am posting a list of wonderful groomers in our area! PLEASE take advantage of this list and find someone to take care of your pets in the meantime.
I will be back even if I have to really limit my schedule, I will be back!

I am S0 sorry about trying to reach out to every one. At this time- I am still not feeling 100% just yet. l have been trying to get back to normal schedule but I keep having my health issues getting in the way.

If your dog needs groomed- PLEASE reach out to another groomer.

I will try to be back to normal asap but for now I think I need to take a break.

💔With a super heavy heart- my family and I have had an unexpected death in our family this morning.

Happy New Year!

😮‍💨 PHEW… 2023 was a busy year! But it was SO good to me! I have lost some really awesome clients but I also gained so many more 🥰 my business wouldn’t be as successful as it is without all of the support from you!

New year also comes with some changes.

⭐️NEW PRICE LIST (pictured below) if you have any questions on where your pet fits the chart- just ask! & I will make more adjustments throughout the year!

⭐️NO SHOW/SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS. I still charge FULL price for all no shows and same day cancellations. That charge will need to be paid BEFORE next appointment. The ONLY exception for cancellations that I do are BAD roads. My back road can be very scary during the winter months. Otherwise- there’s a charge!

⭐️Lastly please be on time for scheduled appointments. If you are going to be late- just let me know!!

•NO WEEKENDS AVAILABLE

⭐️Prices have increased for 2024
•I will tell you your new price as you book!
•Each price is based off your pets size, temperament and coat condition.

⭐️You will be charged IN FULL for same day cancellations and/or no show appointments!
•Charges will need to be paid before another appointment.
•Pickup times are more flexible.

⭐️You will be charged $1 per minute that you are late to your scheduled appointment time! unless you let me know ahead of time.
•Please arrive EARLY or ON TIME to your schedule appointments.

🚨This notice will be effective immediately!

I’m an extremely busy business owner along with being a mother of 3 kids and taking care of my own animals/household. My time right now is very precious and limited. I am choosing to take time out of my day to groom your pet. With also trying to be as accommodating as I possibly can with everyone else’s busy schedules.

📍All “NO SHOWS” will need to pay in full for their missed scheduled appointment BEFORE getting a new appointment. No, I don’t send reminders. Everyone I book is a grown adult. Make sure you are keeping track of your scheduled appointments.

📍All “SAME DAY RESCHEDULES” will need to pay in full for their missed scheduled appointment BEFORE getting a new scheduled appointment. I understand we all have emergencies, work schedule changes, sickness, and/or etc. Life throws curveballs but bills keep rolling in no matter what. I need to make sure the scheduled amount of payment I was expecting- is still coming in for time I had marked off for you. Not as a punishment! Only to keep my doors open for business!

📍If you are not EARLY or ON TIME to your scheduled appointment- I will charge you $1.00 per minute after your scheduled time. My schedule is planned by the time you are expected to be here until the time I estimated to be done. I have no wiggle room. When you are late- you back up my entire schedule the rest of the day. Unless you call ahead to inform me you are running behind- I will be watching the clock!

📍If you ‘no show’ twice in a row, I will no longer book you.

These “rules” are not put in place to punish anyone! They are to make sure my time and business is being respected.

Happy Monday!

End of the year is coming fast. Every end comes with a new beginning.

‼️Starting in the year 2024 I will be adding another job to my schedule so I will be downsizing my grooming days to mon-thur with hours from 9am-7pm.

‼️2024 will have a whole new price list that will be a HUGE jump up from the list now. (I am trying to price match with all the groomers in the area- to be fair)

I will keep everyone updated as soon as I get everything put together!
