We had an emergency 🆘 last night with cupcake. She had a prolapse and had to be rushed to the vet for emergency care. This is an unexpected expense and would love any help you can. Cupcake will need a special diet for at least the next month, she needs to be kept in a quiet area for at least 3 days before going into a pen by herself which Jean we need to also build her a separate shelter. Cupcake came to us from being turned loose in a neighborhood and then was neglected but also abused and still not super fond of people so this will be a challenging month. We would appreciate any help towards her bill. Any amount always help no matter how much or little.

Needing funds for neuter!

💰🐽 Fundraiser for York County Pig🐽💰
Goal: $150/$300

Just days ago we saw an animal shelter for dogs and cats had a pig in their care. Unfortunately they are not typical a livestock area and had no place for this pig. They were able to use a barn an hour away from the shelter that was open, a struggle to get straw, water froze and pipe lines froze. The pig was only able to be checked on by an officer once a day. A stray…alone without its pig companion…unusual frigid temps…an open barn..frozen waters…imagine how traumatize this pig was?!

The wonderful team at Cotton Branch was able to go pick up the pig and place him in their medical bay extremely temporarily so he was out of the elements and had warm place to sleep with fresh warm water. The morning after posting him Operation Keep Piggies Safe Sanctuary - OKPSS offered to take “her” in and immediately began constructing fencing and shelter for her knowing she was female and would not interrupt their established herds.

Plot twist!! She is a he! AND not neutered!!

This changes the entire dynamic and plans for his placement. You now have behavior changes, a pig capable of getting others pregnant, unable to place him with males with raging hormones and of course not females, and a new unexpected expense.

Please help us fundraise for HIM to get neutered so he is able to go be safe at his forever home!!!

Update!!
The make found a permanent home and the other female has a temporary place during the cold until we can finish a pen and move her here. Thank you ☺️💕🐽

Anyone in the North Carolina or South Carolina area that has an extra pen to take emergency rescue in danger of the freezing cold one is an intact male so would need his own separatepen. If anybody has a place available at least temporarily for these animals, please send me a message. The temps are dropping into the 20s in this area with some places with snow and the one pig is definitely in an area of snow with minimal shelter, etc.. photo is one of our current Pigs for attention.

Welcome Huey, Dewey and Louie 💕
These boys were rescued from Howard Beach in Queens, NY from the Jamaica bay animal sacrifices going in there. These boys were lucky they got rescued but not before being abused, cut and sick. Thank goodness for brucies_angels_inc recurring them nursing them back to health. These boys would love an ongoing sponsors

Thank you all for the fencing panel money. Meet the Gotham boys! These boys were in a tough situation with the threat of being auctioned off if not removed from property along with 50 other pigs. These boys need good nutrition and to be neutered. They look a little rough partly due to having poor nutrition, not being neutered and poor living conditions. We look forward to their transformation.

Bindi Update!!

She is doing great! She went from deaths doorstep to a happy kitten who’s now almost healthy and wanting to play like a kitten. She has gained a pound since her rescue. She’s still thin but does not look like a walking skeleton. She has such bright eyes now so full of life and purs the minute she sees you 💕.
