⭐️10 FACTS About Fascia⭐️

⭐️Fascia, is the largest system in the horse’s body.

⭐️It’s a web that encapsulates the muscle, tendons, ligaments, bones and organs.

⭐️It connects everything and surrounds every muscle, and every internal organ.

⭐️It provides the place through which nerves and blood vessels travel.

⭐️ It has a memory and can return to its shape once it has been stretched.

⭐️It has a lot of nerve endings making it a sensory organ, and it is believed to hold emotions and feelings.

⭐️Superficial fascia - Made of loose and chaotic fibers right underneath the skin.

⭐️Inter-muscular fascia - Is located in between the muscles.

⭐️Epimysial Fascia - Known as myofascial, is the deepest fascia. The fascial fibres are more densely packed compared to the superficial and intermuscular fascia.

⭐️ Visceral fascia- Surrounds lthe organs and is often named separately. *(For example, the fascial membrane surrounding the heart is called the pericardia)

⭐️PEMF works to stimulate the flow along the areas of facia that are under the coils during a session. Once deep relaxation occurs, the muscles will pulse/move/ripple. PEMF can pe*****te deep into the body and helps the body heal itself. The result is reduced inflammation, improved range of motion and rapid recovery.

Hi all! I am looking to rent a PEMF machine while mine goes in for repair. I have been a Magnawave Certified Practitioner since 2018. If you know of anyone who has a machine that's not being utilized please let them know! Who doesn't need a little extra cash for the holidays. I don't want to loose my awesome clients. “Don’t be busy. Be productive.”

A lot of productive training can happen at the walk. Feeling drained mid week and trying to pump yourself up to go ride your horse. Make it a walk day! Focus on walk quality, position, breaking down the accuracy of figures, etc. The walk is often overlooked and it’s often a coefficient in tests making it a great opportunity to pick up some points 🤩 (or lose them 😣).
